Review 1：Poor breakfast. NO fresh fruit or orange juice, and this in an area with millions of orange trees! Having to pay extra for WiFi, Fridge and safe seemed mean, as did the lack of toiletries

Review 28：Hotel has very good location! Its only about 200 m away from beach and bars and shops. Its not far from bus stop either, which was important for me, as i travelled alone and i dont drive.Room was nice, clean, balcony had great view to mounains.Staff was friendly and they spoke english too. Luckily for me because most visitors were germain or spanish, i rarely heard english talking there. The hotel is ready for any kind of visiters: young, old, family, couples or solo, I met every kind there. Food was good with lots of variety! Every day there was different theme: italian, local, mediterrain etc.

Review 47：I wasn't impressed with the food. Salad didn't look very fresh. Vegetables were soggy and overcooked and no complimentary water with the evening meal, I've never experienced that situation anywhere before. No tea or coffee making facility's in the rooms , very dissapointing.

The view from my room was beautiful .The balcony overlooking the pool was very nice and the location of hotel was perfect just a short walk from the harbour with lovely restaurants and shops. I found the hotel to be very clean and the person who cleaned my room did an excellent job and was very thorough.Lots of fresh towels and bed linen. Lovely hotel and staff doing a great job. Review 49：The air-con didn't work at all. I have lived and stayed in numerous hot countries where its a given and I usually only have it on in the absence of a fan. There was no fan and as we were on the fifth floor and had a young child prone to wandering about, we didn't want to open the door to the balcony at night. As a result it was stifilingly warm and we all had trouble sleeping, even on the lovely big beds. Was a shame as it was otherwise a great experience. We would book in again though.

Review 50：We were staying in Cala D'Or but took a trip out to Soller and Port Soller for my partners birthday. I'd requested a room with a nice view and even though it was only for one night, the staff really delivered here to give us the best they had of both mountains and sea- breathtaking. Check in and breakfast were hassle free and all the staff were lovely and pleasant. Beds were generous and soft and room and bathrooms were spotless and most comfortable.

Review 53：No working air conditioning, they programme it to switch off automatically at 25C, so no cooling at all. You pay extra for fridge, WiFi, pool towels, safe, etc, these add up to the point where we have already booked a four star for next year for very little extra.

Review 57：The problem was that they have lied about having a parking space, they don't and on top of that there were no soap in the bath only some shower gell. The air conditioning system was only air not conditioned at all..

Review 58：The hill up to hotel is short walk but steep. Its fine day to day with pushchair etc but we travelled to port de soller via tram which drops you off on main street so getting up hill with luggage was a bit hard.

Review 64：We were not satisfied with the room we were allocated as I had booked a superior room which stated it was a larger room with a view. We were originally put in a small room at the side of the hotel which had an okay view but not in my opinion not a 'superior' room! However on pointing this out to the receptionist (who was very helpful) we were moved to a much better room on the 5th floor with a spectacular mountain view. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Eden Nord and would book this hotel again.

Review 66：Everything was excellent and the food was by far the best I have for some time. Only downside for us oldens was the walk back up the hill. Was there for a family wedding and my daughters and family, who stayed elsewhere are looking to come back to Port Soller next year, I shall be joining them.

If in Soller again, we would certainly use this hotel

Review 79：The bedrooms are on the small side and the décor and furniture is dated but I'm being picky, we've seen much worse. The air con was only adequate, it had to be set very low in order to feel any impact. We were a bit disappointed that there was no fresh fruit at breakfast, though there was always a good selection at dinner

Review 80：Really friendly and helpful staff, when we had a problem with the air con in our room someone arrived within 5 minutes to sort the problem. It was clean and there was always hot water (can't be guaranteed with some tourist hotels) and the location was an easy walk to and from the beach. There was never a problem with getting a table in the restaurant (no queuing) and the public areas were cool, attractive and spacious.

Review 81：That wifi had to be purchased peer day given that some restaurants and bars were offering free wifi. Also fee for use of fridge is something I have never encountered before in hotels

Review 82：Hotel is everything it said it was – large spacious Twin Room with bright balcony and only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Worth upgrading to a superior room as we were very fortunate to get a fantastic view of the sea and mountains. It is a very family focused hotel and this was mirrored in Port de Soller which turned into a quiet and sleeply seaside town after midnight. Might be a bit quiet for those looking for some nightlife but perfect to chill out and relax for a few days, without being overcrowded in what was the middle of the high-season.

Review 83：The pool is very small: 3 or 4 strokes from end to end. It is always full of young children. The sea is dirty, covered with a film of petrol from the many boats. The aircon in the bedrooms is woefully imadequate and makes sleep difficult. Wifi was poor.
