Review 1：Antz inside ruined our food. Fridge didn't work properly. Coach very uncomfortable. Refurbishment urgently needed

Review 3：The apartment looked great, but the dump was at bedroom and at the bathroom, first night we had to remove dressing table from our bedroom to a terrase...dump, dump- we could not sleep there, the sleeping sofa need to be replaced, you feel wire at the mattress, the bathroom was full of green mould, and when we reported that to a manager the day of arrival, he agreed with a dump but nobody clean it until next day, so we had no shower and had to breath a mould. No cleaning during our stay at all, no changing the sheets, the ants everywhere. People cannot relax around a pool as everyday there is a noisy work around (cutting grass, cut a trees, cangue hammer in process, pool cleaned until 11am, not heated- the sea was wormer than a pool). We saw people around pool reading books an after a while leaving as the noise was terrible. We were leaving to a beaches so we didn't mind.
Review 4：Close to a shops and restaurants. Far to a sea, car is good helper to get to a nice beaches- special with a kids. Quiet place. New furniture but dump, which is really pity.

Review 26：Cleaner came to change towels(not sheets) 3 times over the course of our 14 day stay. Our room and living area were tidied, never swept or mopped. No free wifi, although a lot of the hotels have adopted this now. Reception staff were not helpful when I need to contact my family. My own phone had no roaming, and no free wifi meant I couldn't contact anyone.

Review 33：The apts 192 + 193 were filthy and stank of sewage which they tried to disguise with air freshner plug-ins.They were also infested with ants and ccockroaches. We had to wait 4 days to be moved to different apts (210+211) which were cleaner but above the maintenance room, the bins and beside the road. We couldn't wait to come home to get some sleep.

Review 35：Lack of air conditioning in apartment, especially bedroom, made sleeping very uncomfortable. Could really do with air con installed. Quite a distance to walk to main areas of shops, bars and restaurants. Although taxis are very reasonable.
Review 36：Staff were helpful and friendly and the apartment was roomy, very clean and comfortable, apart from the lack of air conditioning which made it difficult to sleep at night, due to the high humidity, which is usual in Fuerte. Gardens are looked after well, with nice pool areas and decent sun beds always available.

Review 49：Room wasn't cleaned even once during the week that we stayed there. Only towels were changed every 2 days. Water in the pool was very cold. We were about to go to bed and we found 2 cockroaches in the bedroom and 1 in the toilet. House full of ants. We had to wait until 1600 for the room on arrival day as they weren't ready for us. Safe box is 2 euros a day, think is a bit much as they should be offering safety to their guests.

Review 54：Close to the local beach but more importantly close to the bus stop going to Grandes Playas (only one stop away). The supermarket and a small shopping centre is right next to the hotel. Also for the evening walk abouts the city centre is only 3 minutes away.

Review 59：We had a huge problem with ants in our first room. We changed to another but as a result we couldn't bring food of any kind into the apartment. They were all over the apartment, there was no getting away from them. They were even on the toilet paper. Other than that it was fine and there is no air conditioning.
Review 60：Nothing that I really dislike. As I said nobody invest a lot to keep in good condition. little rust on fridge, little rust in bathroom, some scratch on tiles. Minimalist kitchen devices. Most annoying was some fusty air in bedroom. Could not fix even by 1 hour of cross ventilation.

Apartments are to my expectations , were clean when checked in, you do have to clean after yourself tho as housekeepers come once a week. Overall EXCELLENT!

Review 68：On arrival - the apartment was crawling with ants. The fridge was completely covered in rust (both inside and out) and there was no door on the small ice compartment. The staff offered to "spray paint" the rust until I showed them photos of the fridge. They replaced it with a brand new fridge the next day. They gave us a can of insect repellent spray for the ants which we had to use numerous times throughout each day. We ate out for all our meals.

Review 70：One day the maid left the key in the door, meaning anyone could have let themselves into the apartment. Thankfully they didn't as we always felt the apartments were very secure.

Good pool facilities and a happy hour each day at the pool bar! Apartment was very comfortable with good facilities (we ate out each night and didn't do any cooking). Good range of TV channels on the TV and speakers to hook up Iphone etc, good rates for WIFI and strong signal allowing multiple devices. Safe box available for small fee. Very enjoyable overall and highly recommended.

Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and cleaned 3 times when I was there. Good facilities on site, small gym, Jacuzzi, pool side bar with friendly staff. I found the property to be very clean overall and the plenty of sun loungers by the pool, great sun trap all day around the pool areas! Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will return again.!

Review 81：Front desk staff unprofessional and unfriendly. Very bad impression at the very beginning. The guy was doing few things at the same time - phone calls, contacts with other staff and guests and was not paying attention that I was waiting. Then he informed me the room was not ready and informed I need to wait another 2 hours (it was already aftet hotel's check in time). Wheh I objected, he said that "if I don't like that I can go to some othe place" (can you imagine front desk staff saying someting like that???) and that the housekeeping staff cleans the rooms untill 4 pm. What an absurd - what is the point of giving the check in time at 12am when they are not able to clean the rooms before 4 pm?!?!?! Later, when I asked if the room he was giving me is nice, he replied the he won't give me a "suite royal" because I was staying ONLY for 4 nights. Longer staying guestes get better rooms?? Anyway, the apartment we got was dark, old, not comfortable. The swimming pool ares looked nice. Maybe other apartments were nice too, but we were not lucky to stay more that 4 nights to get one. Generally, very bad impression.

Review 97：The first room was not at all pleasant and would have ruined our holiday as we did not want to go back to it. After a couple of days I asked if there was a better room and paid extra. A lot of the rooms are basic but have been freshened up, but this one hadn't. There are also modern rooms at a higher cost which we upgraded too.

Review 100：The apartment was spacious but maybe in need of an update. It was clean and comfortable and quite a large outdoor seating area. We went at beginning of December and the weather was mixed. Two pools both a good size and an area for small children. Next door is a shopping centre with restaurants and bars and a supermarket open early till late, a 2 minute walk. There is a craft market on a Sunday morning worth a visit and a second hand market on a Thursday or Saturday cant remember. We have stayed at Atlantic Gardens many years ago and it was quieter I think because of the time of year. If you are looking for a place to stay that is clean but weather worn then this is fine. We stayed in an upstairs apartment overlooking the pool and the reception staff where very accommodating though we had to wait for room to be cleaned.

Review 115：tthere were 11 of us and our plane was at 19:00 and we should wait in reception few hours for our transfer so if you go to A.G and your plane would be laite be rady to wait your transfer in reception. another think is we got cleaning service twice per 8 days. receptionist told us that it is becouse out of season???

Side and back row Apt have not a view you want to see when on holidays- would not want a 7-14 day holiday in a back or side of the complex. Would look at other places to stay in next time.

Review 123：Receptionist (Valentina) was on arrival day very unfriendly and unpolite starting from first question. The room was not ready at 13:30 (in hotel description there is check-in time starting from 12:00), but we were told that it is common practice rooms to be ready as late as 15:00. So information given in hotel description can be wrong. We had to wait and it is understandable, if it is explained in friendly and hospitable manner, but this was not the case. Receptionist is the key person of the Hotel, to create comfortable and pleasant atmosphere at the Hotel and for clients vacation as well. Other reception people were nice and friendly.

The Internet connection costs 20 euro, but does not workin the room. Difficult to find parking. They asked us to check out at 10am (????). Unfriendly staff.

Review 134：part of the complex is next to a main road which was a cut through to the main shops,restaurants. The dustmen would empty the bins at 5 in the morning so when you did manage to get to sleep once traffic had died down, it wasn't long before you were woken up with the sound of the dust cart. No aircon in the rooms so had to keep the windows open for some ventilation. The kitchen had a bit of an infestation of baby cockroaches which I did complain about, was told someone would be round to sort out, but never did . Also there was no courtesy room which was stated on the booking, it was only a shower in the gym that you could use. I would not be going back to this one, but would go back to the resort.
Review 135：It was a nice complex, the pool area was well set out, nice and clean and ample sun beds that were not reserved by peoples towels.
