Review 1：The restaurant is very good but a bit expensive. Also, we had difficulties to find dishes appreciated by our 2 girls (but they're not easy with food).

Review 7：I liked dealing reception staff only. Private employee / doris traub. It was friendly and very wonderful. The rest of the staff at the hotel, was surly or angry with everyone. I do not know what reason ?? . I hope the attention of the administration to do so. And improve the handling of customer. The beach was very cool. There are very close to the luxury market and distinctive.

Review 8：Staff friendliness was way below par for what a hotel of this caliber should offer. When we arrived my wife wanted to check in and was not even acknowledged until I arrived a few minutes later despite limited people at reception. This held true for all other service areas.

Review 9：Breakfast buffet was well set up and quality of food and beverages was very good. The pool area is very well designed and super comfortable and was very clean. The sauna was one of the best designed I have encountered.

Review 13：The only minor issue is that we reserved 3 full lake views rooms however one of the rooms was not full view and they obligized for no availablty and adjusted the price.

Review 14：Titisee is a little fake with nothing but hotels, cafes and souvenir shops, not even a bakers or a grocers, with bus loads of tourists decending each day and most things closed at night.

Review 15：Great facilities and pleasant hotel. Meals a little too expensive when traveling with the family - set menu price & €30/main was high, so we didn't eat there.

Review 16：Even though most staff tried very hard to understand english, its the first time in over ten years of travel that we found a little left out, all brouchures and even our messages were in german which is very unusual in a main stream hotel.

Review 42：We did not enjoy the fact that there is no lift at the hotel (it hadn't occured to us to even check it. Most of the guests were eldery couples and I wonder how this hotel got such a rating...) and that the hotel has no airconditioning (the tempratures were well above 32C).

Review 45：The room was spacious and elegantly furnished with very cheerful colors , the breakfast was great with plenty of choices also we had dinner in the restaurant through out our stay as the was great and one of the owners was servicing us in a very friendly and professional way. Every thing was great though it was Easter and the hotel was fully booked and we definitely would love to go back again.

Review 47：This is a very very nice hotel at an outstanding location. It was our second time here and not the last. The spa facilities are simply perfect, hotel restaurant food of great quality as well as the breakfast. The two times we visited the hotel, one was covered in snow and the second bathing in sunshine, we had a great time.

Review 48：We do not wish to be too harsh. We are rating this on its stars. Bits missing were: We had junior suite but no balcony. However room view was great but ordinary rooms have lake view and balcony. No power shower just an attachment in the corner of the bath. A little shabby - eg paint peeling from outside window and just generally a little tired. Quite a small breakfast area when weather not good and a full house of guests.

Review 49：The best thing about this hotel is its location. Right in the centre of Titisee and by the lake the views from our room where marvellous. However see below about junior suite comments. Breakfast ok but not the best we have had. Free parking.
