Review 1：Litter from balcony above ended up on our terrace. However cleaners were very prompt in dealing with it and apologised.

Review 3：Walls are a quite thin, could hear noise next door. No iron in room, had to ask reception for one. Not too much of a problem considering all the positives this hotel has to offer.

The Staff were absolutely amazing from reception right through to Harry the hotel manager they really couldn't do enough for us! Review 14：The staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble. We arrived at 1.30 am for my 40th birthday and was still able to get a bucket full of ice for a cheeky bottle of champagne with my wife. The room was spacious and spotless!! We loved our stay here!!! Our view from our balcony overlooked the bay which was beautiful.

Review 17：Not good value for money, stayed for a week as a couple in July with sea view room blocked by a wall..staff not helpful when complained n when I said I was leaving hotel they put me up one floor but basically same view. Suite room dark n beds not comfortable..still had to pay half price into ocean beach which is ridiculous considering the price if this hotel. I have stayed in Ibiza 4 times n this was worst hotel of the 4. Much better value for money out there. Also had to leave two days early due to family emergency and this hotel refused to offer small refund which sums up the place. Location just ok but no view of sea means suite is pointless. Cocktails very good n pool nice but music drowned out by music in ocean beach

Review 50：The AC in our room wasn't all that powerful and turned itself off after a while. There was a strong drain smell coming from our bathroom but I believe this is an island-wide problem not this hotels problem. Bottles of water are very expensive!

Review 51：I loved the decor of the hotel, so modern and clean. The view from our bedroom was outstanding - overlooking the pool and bay. I especially liked how as a guest you get free entry into Ocean Beach Club, which is also amazing! The food & drinks are also delicious, get Alexander to make you a raspberry mojito. Staff are exceptional and so friendly. I would also recommend the wedges for soaking up the alcohol. There is also a private shuttle you can hire for airport transfers and getting to and from nightclubs. I seriously cannot get enough of this hotel.

Review 52：The hotel side of the complex looks great on appearance however the rooms (junior suite) I stayed in I found to be dirty, the floors were black the maids seemed not to be mopping them. The bed sheets were not being changed just re made up, toilet rolls were not being replaced. These things should of been done as standard without having to complain about them.

Review 54：Unbearably noisy due to poor sound proofing! Doors are slammed all night long. You hear everyone in the downstairs bar all night long too, as the noise carries up through the atrium. Wifi failed on both our laptops for our entire stay, we were told it's 'an Apple issue' with their wifi. 2 x bottles of water for the room from downstairs will set you back €18, so best stock up before going out, to avoid this hotels super club prices! We found far better overall value elsewhere.

This explained why there was very few people who actually interacted around this area. It's also explained why a high volume of people would choose to rest in the rooms or the beach to avoid this. Overall I though it was a very good hotel is a good location with good access to local areas.

I would never recommend anyone to stay at THB Ocean beach hotel. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. In fact they seem to think that you are more of a nuisance to them than wanting to serve you. Waiting at the bar to be grunted at rather than asked how can I help. Left standing at reception for over 20mins before anyone decided to assist. The rooms are not cleaned and there is no bin provided. The hotel claims to have wifi which is laughable if you want to wait half an hour before your page will load. Never been more disgusted by a hotel in my life. Please do not waste your money for the sake of getting free entry into ocean beach club. The club is pretty much free anyway as there are always promotors giving out free wrist bands. Awful!!!

Review 121：1. You have to have the bank card you paid for the hotel with, however we did not realise this in which they said we had to pay for the hotel again before we could stay!! Even though we had booking reference, emails, passports etc 2) the food is barely edible at best breakfast was the best meal but to say we were all inclusive the meal times were set in stone there were no menu or choice and only about 5 hot choices! This resulted in us eating out for most meals 3) all inclusive doesn't start until 11 in the morning as my friends went to the bar at 10.58 and the barman said nope not 11 and walked off! 4) the rooms weren't cleaned at all and one day we watched them changing sheets as we hadn't gone out yet! Well they Dnt actually change the sheets they just turned them over which was a shock!so the sheets weren't charged once in 8 days! 5) no atmosphere around the pool or the hotel in general no music played around the pool, no inflatables aloud in the pool, no balls etc! Leading to very dull days if we stayed around the pool! 6) when we got to our room there was no lighting in the bedroom at all! We informed the staff but nothing was done until the following day! Even when fixed the lighting was minimal non near a mirror! 7) was no security we were followed to our room by a guy one night which was very intimidating! 8)overall stayed in better 2* hotels! And was very disappointed!
