Review 1：Strangely as I booked two rooms with disabled facilities they were away from the main complex up a hill.The air conditioning did not work for 3 days in the standard rooms plus the dining room was very uncomfortable as it had fans with very little air con in one corner !

Review 2：We were a party of 20 ranging in age from 6 months to 75+.Overall for the kids a great holiday which meant the adults were happy .Food was varied and good with plenty of choice although breakfast was a little underwhelming and at times cold but a microwave was present. Entertainment staff worked hard but for some reason 3 nights the entertainment was inside which was stifling through lack of air con so we staid outside.

Review 3：rooms were dirty had to get cleaners in to clean everything, never a 3star plus hotel our aircon didnt work in both rooms very italian orientated hotel. food average at the best of times . beer n wine poor. only eat at given times .we booked what we were led to believe was a 4 star hotel and it isn't even a 3 star let alone 3 star plus like they kept trying to tell us.wont be going back there for definate, feel let down as we paid a lot of money for something that clearly isnt what booking.com advertise beware.the staff were very helpful once we complained but it still isnt a 4 star or 3 star plus .not happy with it one little bit wouldnt recommend to any english unless you like pizza and cold meats

Review 4：the childrens waterpark was good only thing you werent allowed drinks there. good quiet location for our rooms. friendly staff very helpful. pool very clean and tidy good fun for all.2 minutes walk to the beach very tidy apart from all the seaweed.overall i would say not too bad but never 3starplus as they kept telling us. the island is fantastic and sunsets were to die for. brilliant beaches and its the hottest we have ever been anywhere around the world.

Review 5：Beds are really uncomfortable. Way too many steep steps if you have young kids. Cleaning of the bedrooms and pool area very poor.

Review 7：Facilities at the kitchen are rather old, but our fridge was changed immediately upon our request (the same with the show issues). Food & drinks at the resto are very primitive, so better not to take Full Board and rather try different caffees and restos on the island.

Review 8：Good location, though it's better to have a car to travel around the island and to different beaches; great diving (thanks to Nico & Alberto at the diveclub), newly build Aquapark, entertainment for adults and children. Fast reaction to any room issues, the staff replaced or repaired whatever was needed very fast (just don't wait and call Reception for help :)

Review 11：The staff was really badly trained, never knew about the activities going on in the hotel and were never very happy. The kids club staff were also very low skilled to deal with children and my son got bored quickly. The swimmingpool times are only from 10 am to 8 pm (so if you want to get up early and use it with your kids before the sun is to hot, there is no chance) and the food was horrible. Also, the rooms have a kitchen, but the cleaner won't do the dishes and if you want to do it, you have to buy your own soap and sponge.

Review 12：The location is beautiful and the rooms were quite comfortable. The swimmingpool is very nice and great for small children, there are many toys and a kids club for them as well (even though they don't mention it on the hotel description here).

Review 13：Very small room, old and not very clean. Out of date facilities except the telly but only 10 (all Spanish) channels available. The newly attraction - The Splash is nothing special and the water is umheated (was cold).

Review 23：Besides Italians there are plenty of other nations and travellerswishing to attend the resort, so I'd recommend management toconcentrate not only on Italians groups providing them with most ofrooms and entertainment.

Review 24：Location is perfect, just a few steps away from Tirant beach with thecristal clean water where besides swimming you can also snorkle &with strong wind do kyting & surfing. Diveclub is on the territoryand staff is great! Rooms are comfortable and even though cleaning &towels change is made 3 times a week in the high season, it's stillenough. Supermarket is right next to hotel and is opened from 8.30amtill 10pm, which is perfect! Take a note that car is highly recommendedfor traveling around the island, though there is a bus stop right nextto hotel which is also very convenient.
