Review 2：Spa area is good enough; the room was quiet and well equipped, nice view from the balcony (land side). Excellent comfort/price ratio, especially compared to competitors nearby. And the hotel location so nice (that beach).

Review 3：While the lobbybar is open till 1.00 am, the kitchen is already closed at 23.30. So, after 23.30 you can't get any food anymore.

Review 5：The breakfast could be more imaginative (pancakes, or a variety of egg types) and offer better coffee such as latte, capacinno, or even flasks of coffee on the tables. Mostly, however, these were minor and didn't detract from the overal experience.

Review 7：Staff clean room if you put notice on the door. The bathroom pipe was clogged with a lot of water on the floor - it was very slippery and dangerous. Took several reminders to fix a problem.

Review 9：There was only 1 elevator to upper floors and waiting time was long. Restaurant food has space for improvement. Very slippery floors in spaa area.

Review 10：Everything was excellent, especially spaa area with outdoor facilities. New, modern, clean hotel very close to sea. We will visit the hotel again soon!

Review 11：The room we got was really small and uncomfortable and the floor wasn't really clean. In the hotel brochure (in every room) it says that the Lobby Bar is open until 1 am and that food is available in the Lobby Bar with an adjacent menu. However it turned out that the kitchen was closed already at 10:30 pm (not mentioned in the brochure) so we had to skip dinner on our arrival evening. Personnel wasn't too helpful to sort it out either and seemed quite annoyed upon my request why this wasn't stated in the brochure. The wellness center was booked out or not able to provide for all procedures which we requested, more than 24h in advance so we had no opportunity to enjoy the wellness center while staying at the hotel.

Review 17：Eesti keelega töötajatel probleem. 6. korrus haises ebameeldivalt, õnneks toas oli enam-vähem. 7 korruselisel hoonel ei saa lifti kutsudes valida, kas soovid sõita üles või alla, jabur.

Review 19：We had to ask for a preordered crib for our child twice - it was not in the room. Second for for our bigger child was a sofa with broken or very strange mechanics. Central ventilation produced low frequency noise for all night (we were staying on a 4th floor, top at that side of a build).

Kui teile meeldivad kõvahäälsed saunatajad, kes arutavad (mis iganes keeles) lärmakalt oma era- ja päevapoliitilisi asju jne ja te ei hooli vaikusest, andke minna. Kes tahaks rahulikult olla, ei ole see koht. Nunnumeeter läks põhja, kui ühte meeskülastajat lasti hommikusööki nautima hommikumantel seljas.

Review 24：Rand hotelli taga on mõnus, personal on väga sümpaatne ja naeratav. The beach is right behind the hotel, location is great and staff was nice.

Review 25：We couldn´t sleep becouse some heavy noises al night from the ventilation. In the morning I told it to the reception and the lady said ok very good. Good to know. Thats it? I came for relax but I left there more tired than before.

Review 79：The spa is amazing, quite large and with a variety of saunas. Also, the water is warm and there is a separate room for kids pools.

The Fine Print

Guest have free access to the SPA centre daily from 08:00 am to 22:00.Please note that SPA centre will be completely closed from 01.02. to 04.02.2016. due to maintenance. On 5th February saunas will start working, but swimming pools with attractions will start work on 12.02.2016.
