Review 1：700m of approach road is cobbled and is awfully bad for car suspension parking a bit pricey

Review 2：we stayed there twice already on the way back from Alicante to France found it by chance due to convenient location and good half-board offer both times it was on Halloween night, and there was theme party which kids really liked - and insisted on visiting second time.

Review 3：Having to pay for the indoor pool which was incorporated in the spa area. Too expensive. The charges are too much for different room types even at low season. The food was cold with little choice for English guests. Expensive car parking even in low season.

Review 5：we didnt like the substitute Singer, the one who sang every evening was a good entertaining but when he took his dencanso the other boy was terrible, it actually hurt our ears and he cannot sing, many people left the room. The normal Singer whos name i cannot remember was good and a very good entertainer.

Review 6：We liked the hotel in general, the cleaning staff were particularly pleasant and friendly. all staff in general the Singer and entertainer was good and worked well with the clients, it was raining and he brought out bolos and kept everyone entertained. he Works hard.

Review 7：The smelly corridors, bathroom and Roman like towels. A room with a view to the see is either 15 or 25 E extra. If you decide to take such a "luxurious" room, you' ll get a room overlooking the noisiest swimming pool you could imagine. Bingo is played daily and loudly, so, you can follow the numbers no matter the side of the hotel you have paid for. Parking is difficult because of the one-way narrow streets of the place. 12.50 is the price per night in the hotel parking place, not 15 as it is given on the site. This discount hardly makes the hotel more hospitable.

Review 9：Finding the entrance to the 4star hotel was one of my worst travelling experiences, even with the help of satnav. You also have to drive about a mile from the hotel entrance to get to the garage entrance!! I would not stay there again because of this inconvenience

It was digesting, even after the request there was still vomit down the side Very noisy as our room was near the entertainment area. We had a long day of traveling and wanted an early night which we didn't get Possibly the worst food we have EVER experienced anywhere. Even the cheese was gross. There were three of us traveling together and we didn't eat dinner or breakfast. We couldn't even stomach the coffee. Disgusting!

Review 50：We did not like our room, we booked from the usa and by the description,it was understood that every room had a view of the Mediterranean andthis was not so, you had to pay an extra 15 e if you wanted a sea viewroom, and there was none available when we were there. The staff was nothelpful or friendly. The food was horrible, buffet style means lowquality. The hotel caters to large groups of retired localorganizations. The room was hot, the bed were hard like sleeping on thefloor!. No amenities in the room. There is only two banks of elevatorsin one location of the hotel, not convenient one bit. I will neverrecommend or return to this hotel or it's chain.

Wifi is a not that good, breakfast looks and tasts like mass production (as usual in Spanish 4* Hotels in holiday areas..- pool closes too early - Spa costs extra (13,- EUR per hour!!) - hardly communication in English with the staff (except reception check out when its about paying)
