The complex boasts a sun terrace, 3 pools, a buffet restaurant, gardened areas and a terrace bar.
The resort has a relaxed friendly atmosphere; just feet away you will find the beautiful Punta Xinxó Beach, many of the bars and cafes have enticing outdoor terraces and there is an array of family activities offered in the area, such as parasailing, scuba diving, banana boating and crazy golf.

Review 1：beds separated while we were sleeping, very uncomfortable. walls in bathroom so thin you could hear everything between adjacent rooms. If purchasing breakfast and or dinner and receive paper voucher, make sure you don't lose it, another won't be printed . far away from activities

Review 7：Room walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything. Lift was proneto breaking down which absolutely petrified me as we got stuck for about5-10 minutes. We had a late flight and requested all week that we wantedlate check out. We was told this would be fine and only a 10Euro chargebut to let them know the morning we fly back. We come to doing this onthe morning like we was told and was told we could not extend check out.We asked to have access to the free shower room in this case and wastold this was booked up and that we couldn't use this either. Theguy behind reception was not very helpful or friendly (think he may havebeen one of the managers)
Review 8：We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and had beautifulviews of the sea and pool. The drink was good. The food was always fresh(sometimes a little repetitive) but otherwise really good. Pool area wasalways clean and tidy and the lifeguard was really helpful and friendly.Tony the bar manager was a great laugh and really friendly. Wifi signalwas brilliant. Would definitely go back.
Review 9：No kettle in room nor self catering facilities which made life difficult being on a room only basis. There was an option to pay for meals but I thought too pricey for myself. I just ate in local bars in the end.

Review 12：I really enjoyed the warm customer service from the staff members and every time I went out and I came back my room was clean. I missed my flight and the staff were really helpful by printing out my new boarding passes and letting me make calls.

Review 18：The staff were great, and during our stay they had some rude people to deal with. Roberta was amazing on reception as well as the bar staff. Rooms were basic but clean and comfy, and some had great views of the bay. The food was plentiful and in the whole value for money with a wide selection. There was a mixture of couples, families and groups of which we were one. We would like to think we were courteous on our late/early morning returns but I have no doubt others may not have been. But families we spoke to were really enjoying themselves.
Review 19：There wasnt much I didnt like. The free wifi didnt work for me but that was it.
Review 20：The range and quality of food for the price was brilliant, the food was really nice and much better than I had expected for a 3 star. It was always fresh, never ran out and was replenished well. The location is brilliant if you dont want to be too far away from the nightlife but want a nice quiet hotel where you can get a good nights sleep. It is only a few minutes walk to the water taxi over to San Antonio and only around 12 euros in a taxi.
Review 21：One member of our group was brought to hospital with food poisoning during our stay here, we were on a half board package so had 2 meals a day here and she had not eaten anywhere else! The manager was ignorant and unhelpful when informed of this. They failed to offer any assistant or compensation even though we had a medical cert to prove her illness was food poisoning. Not only this but I feel completely ripped off having paid for the half board package as the food choice and quality was appauling! The beds were uncomfortable and the walls were paper thin! The housekeeping staff repeatedly ignored the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door, and barged into our room on numerous occasions waking us!
Review 22：1St day there at your hotel I had banging on my door which I was verynervous about as I thought they were kicking the door in,,,and I had noway of contacting reception as the phone in the room was broke,,hadreported it they said it was fixed but still wasnt,,then I was giving awalkie talkie that would go off during the night,,the hotel would not befor familys alot of party people in it,,im up for a night out but whenits constant in the hotel,,and people up all hours music on,,

Review 29：The bed was not comfortable, the wifi had so little connection that I wasn't able to use it. The room had very old, shabby doors, the bathroom was stained ( some yellow paint or something else in the bathtub) .The location is far from the port, you have to take a cab or a ferry. In the area of the hotel many hotels were on construction so the view was not so great . The pool was very crowded so we skipped this experience .

Always helpful, they always try and accommodate my request I like a certain moment and I have always managed to put me in there. There is an older gentleman with white hair Who is also very helpful he managed to get me into the room I wanted by swapping somebody around was much appreciated . The security guard as well is really lovely the staff are just so nice at this hotel

Review 47：21 of us have just returned from a hen do for 4 nights. The hotel was exactly what we expected in terms of all inclusive food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and the location was spot on. The free wifi only works around the pool and in reception and on some balconies (not in the rooms) and the beds wernt very comfortable. The maids came every day with gresh towels and to clean the rooms and were very polite. excellent value for money!

I returned to this hotel and requested a certain name which they had no problem in giving me . The rooms are clean and spacious the bathrooms are nice the lift in this hotel are frequent and fast the towels are changed daily and the Rooms are cleaned, The location is good really have nothing bad to say

Review 58：Errrrm I didn't really dislike anything. The room had think curtains which I thought would be black out blinds, but they weren't, not great if you've been out late and want to sleep through the day, bring an eye mask.

Review 73：The hotel was comfortable and good for money we paid. The rooms were equipped very well. The housekeeper cleaned it every day what was very appreciated. We enjoyed the halfboard (breakfast and dinners) every day and the food choice was excellent as they provided different food daily. The staff was very helpful and nice especially ladies in the reception (Theodora, Maria and Luna). Also, 1 Spanish lady in the restaurant with black hair and red lipstic. She was just amazing and very polite. Good job ladies :) The hotel provides 3 swimming pools where we relaxed only 1 day but it was clean around the pool and in the garden. We spent 6 days in the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay

Review 83：The air conditioning in my room did not work. There was no fridge in the room. Every time I had a shower the bathroom flooded and went outside the room. It was obvious that this had been going on for a long time as there was a big stain in the hallway. Half way through the stay I found a baby cockroach. There was a pigeon living in the vent directly next to my toilet. I visited the room of another guest and it was in much better condition overall with a fridge, cooler and cool air conditioning. I must have got a dodgy room.

Review 93：The hotel is a little bit away from the west end but there are a few bars and restaurants closeby and within walking distance. I would also be reluctant to recommend this hotel for families - lots of loud stag dos around the pool and coming in at all hours of the morning.
Review 94：Tony - the guy at the bar - is a legend and the reason many people come back each year! He is loved by everyone at the pool, such a nice, warm guy. The hotel is a decent 3 star hotel too and rooms all have air conditioning, tv etc. Good place for a group of lads like us! The food is reasonable too and new dishes most nights.
