Review 1：It states it is near the airport but it is still quite a distance from airport. For the price though it was worth the cab price.

Review 2：The price was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We were assisted at the front desk with information to get into the city and taking the train. We needed a blanket and all questions and necessities were answered promptly. The hotel is situated opposite the city to the airport but is located near the beach in a quaint area. For the price it was nice to see another part of the city.

Review 3：Theres no water kettle in the room which makes it difficult to have bed tea or coffee.

Review 5：Not a good overall travel experience into Barcelona city. Several times the last train returning to hotel from the city was cancelled. One evening two pickpockets tried to steal my purse. Taxis are expensive and often rip off pricing for tourists. Be very careful. Breakfast staff rudely scolded us when we tried to eat our food outside on the patio, but there were no signs or indications it was not allowed. The atmosphere inside the eating area was unpleasant. A lot of cleaning and moving furniture and banging dishes during eating hours. Food and coffee was fine. It doesn't make sense that you cannot enjoy the outdoor patio tables for eating, when it is a holiday destination. People just want to enjoy themselves.

To my opinion not worth the money paid. Location is ok, but our room was facing a busy highway and railway so it was noisy at night. WiFi was poor

Review 8：Good location, 10 min walk from train station, 5 min walk to a nice beach. Just 15 km from El Prat Airport and 30 min to Barcelona by train. Good breakfast (variety of cold meats, scrumbled eggs,bacon,cheese, bread, fresh juice, some fruits,cereal, yoghurt, pastries ..) but can seem boring in the end if you stay here for long time

Review 31：one particular member of staff let the whole team down. when i told him that my alarm call did not happen he just said its automatic - no apology also your communication could be improved. I was impressed in the way a lady member of staff changed my room after two night of leaking water from the ceiling but the other staff did not know that was happening and therefore I was left without knowing what is going to happen.

I asked some of the customers in the hotel and they told me they couldn't use the internet in their rooms, either. I couldn't use the internet and wifi in my room, although I was informed that I could use free wifi and internet in my hotel room.In my opinion, the price of the natural water in the hotel bar was expensive.

Review 36：My room was extremely wonderful and very clean. It was a spacious room and the view from my balchony was very nice.The staffs at the hotel were very respectful, hospitable and very polite. The street of this hotel was full of wonderful and very cute houses and it was near the beach. There are also nice small and big restaurants near the hotel. As the ATM machine was not far from this hotel,I had the opportunity to take some money from there. Beach was very clean and crowded, but there wasn't anyone who tried to disturb me. I felt myself very happy after staying this hotel.

Review 37：The breakfast room is very cold and uncomfortable, the food itself ok, though lots of fatty greasy stuff and only little fresh fruit.. The Wifi in the room didn´t work at all. We had to go into the hallway to get connection.

Review 48：Welcome desk could be more welcoming, it was fine at check in but asking general questions after that wasn't received too fantastically. When I asked if I could use a corkscrew (as I mistakenly bought a bottle of wine with a cork in rather than screw top!) the man on reception reacted as if I'd asked to borrow his car or something. After being sent on a wild goose chase I headed back to my room, without a corkscrew.

Review 59：One person was coeliac and the dining room personnel had no idea about gluten content. At first they said everything except fresh fruit had gluten. When they were shown that the yogurt had the gf symbol they just shrugged. We knew from experience that several items would be gluten free. One person said that the scrambled eggs were gluten free but as my wife was consuming them a second person took the plate away. My wife had no adverse reaction. Much more training on the coeliac condition is required

Review 62：We were staying at Cuidad de Castelldefels in December which is probably why the value for money was unbelievably good. Helpful staff, good location (close to the beach and not so far away from train station to get to Barcelona centre).

Review 63：Out of season they have school parties staying in the hotel, loads of teenagers and younger on football and other sporting holidays. Rather noisy and not great when you want a quiet dinner. Also not a good place to eat if you are a veggie!!

Review 65：The halls were very NOISY with children who came in droves to play soccer or whatever. Every night of our six night stay there were troops of kids. I thought we were in dormitories. It is too bad that during the off season the hotel must fill rooms with children. Carpeting in the hallways would help. Also, there is poor sound proofing between rooms. At times I felt that there were others staying in my room with my husband and myself.

Review 95：Hot breakfast is inedible. All the previous reviews say so but no improvement. We booked a room with bed for toddler and cot for baby- hotel said that was fine and we could be accommodated. But the room was too small and couldn't accommodate our booking. Barely room for our suitcases. We would have paid for larger room(s) if we had known. No balcony which would have helped the room feel less cramped. Large ground area near swimming pool gets so hot you can't stand on it- so no one uses it- means there is no space for children away from the pool to play etc. pity it isn't paved the same as the pool area. Coffee in bar twice the price of local cafes and not as good.

Review 104：I booked a triple room, and when I arrived at 11.00 in the evening, there were only 2 beds, then the rest of the holiday they squeezed another bed in the room to make it a triple, blocking the balcony, we had to move the bed to use the balcony, not good enough!

Review 109：The hotel is situated near a very busy road so a lot of the bedrooms are affected by traffic noise which is tolerable if the windows are not opened.

Review 111：The food was too meat-oriented for our taste. Some salads or pastas would be great for dinner, but it was always fish or meat by itself or with french fries. So we tried to compensate this by eating out for lunch in the near restaurants. But meat and fish is the spanish style anyway, so it is not a real negative for the hotel.

Review 112：We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room and the public area was nice and clean. The room prices are great for such a nice hotel. The beach is a beautiful sandy beach near the hotel (about 3 minutes on foot). The beach is long and wide, so it is easy to find a less crowded area, if you want. Barcelona can be reached within 30 minutes by train, and the train station is 10 minutes away from the hotel. The airport is also easily accessible by train.

Review 113：The staff when we checked in wasn't very friendly, though when we checked out it was an okay experience. Place seems a little run down, but then the whole area does.
