Review 5：At the door, we were offered a special deal if we cancel the booking.com reservation. I found this appalling and fraudulent. We were assured of many amenities if this is done. The fact that we wouldn't be there without booking.com somehow slipped their mind. Later on we asked for glasses and ice, but were told that this is a 2* hotel and that these would not be possible. Mini bar works as a strange 40EUR deposit concept.

Review 30：The room was heavily perfumed when we arrived. We had to leave the windows open for several hours to air it out so that we could breathe without sneezing fits. Also - and this is a small complaint - we weren't given information about wifi or parking when we checked in. We had to go back down to the reception desk and ask. Not a big deal, but it did make us wonder about the overall customer service.

Review 60：It is very uncomfortable that the parking is outside the hotel and that the time that we must take the car out is at the time of checkout (we planned to stay in the city until late evening). The enterance to the garage is VERY narrow and it is a bit difficult to enter and exit with a big car. The low rate breakfast is disgracefull.
