Review 1：No manager on site!? Given a twin room when we booked a double room. went for breakfast and no bacon or fresh eggs, hour left for breakfast. Asked for phone number for a manager told we can't have it.

Review 2：Wifi does not work. If windows are in the concert place direction (sea) you cannot sleep until 2 am. I changed the room. Very loud concerts and events, if you want to sleep and enjoy silence - I do not recommend this place - it is o'key if you go to these events and party. Rooms are very small, no drying racks for towels in the balcony. I would recommend the resort, but not the hotel. Staff is polite only from time to time. Spanish staff in the reception is awaful (not polite, not helpful) even if you speak spanish to them. Be prepared to leave in 11-story building (does not suit all people).

Review 3：The place is excellent for kids - all kind of entertainment close to the hotel. Kitchen was excellent. All events around are excellent, however, they can be enjoyed from appartments as well, the hotel does not give any advantage.

Review 4：The area was more of a seaside resort for the Spanish and was very quiet and boring during the weekdays. The staff weren't very friendly or helpful and the hotel was extremely dated. I would not recommend this hotel or town.

Review 9：We were recommended this 'resort' to stay in whilst attending a 4 day music festival the town over. No where did the ads mention it was a child orientated resort with stuffed animals roaming the dining area and themed music blasting from the speakers. We arrived to a twin room when we had requested a double. The buffet breakfast, whilst extensive, lacked essentials such as ketchup, butter, etc. the swimming pool was tiny and in shade majority of the day. Corridors were echo-y - (screaming kids) and could here above room dragging furniture. Upon checkout we requested a taxi to the train station and were told 'not possible' and to walk down the street 300m to taxi rank to wait for 'maybe' taxi, in 35deg heat. After waiting 15mins ended up walking a further 600m to public bus. All in all not worth the 100s of euros per day we payed for a '4 star' hotel.
