Review 1：The room was a rip off. Shoving two roll a ways in a small double and calling it a family room is a lie. We had to put suitcases in bathroom so we could move between beds!! I paid $400 for a room that was worth $150 at best, in a 2 star hotel. Customer in front of me paid $138 for whatever room he got. I heard clerk state the charge.
Review 2：Timely shuttle service to airport & 5AM.
Review 3：Had to wait almost 2h for the transfer, as they forgot to pick us up and were not answering the phone (actually the phone nr on the reservation is from Granada and not Madrid). The breakfast was varied but the quality could be better for a 4*, eg. fresh fruit instead of canned. There is no work zone, only in the bar/ lobby and therefore a bit noisy.

Review 8：Pool was small, and pool area capacity limited. No grass or trees, not much shade. The large empty courtyard could be turned into a pleasant place to sit.

Review 10：We chose the hotel as a mid route stopover, had to eat in hotel asnothing around that was open but I guess thats not hotels fault,however, with >30C weather we had to wait til 12 midday for pool tobe open, which is crazy. A waste if a key facility.

Review 12：the hotel technically has a swimming pool but you cannot use it unless their is a life guard on duty (which i find strange), and the lifeguard only starts at 13:00 rendering the pool useless (at least for us, as you have to check out at 12:00).
