Review 1：All inclusive buffett was amazing lots of choice for kids and adults unlimited drinks, pools were all nice and clean, staff were helpful, parking on street is free and close, shops and restaurants all close by!

Review 2：Transport is difficult here. Limited taxi service, buses unreliable, we did travel during the FIB music festival so expect it would be easier in other periods. It is a family resort so bring ear plugs if you're looking to sleep past 7am!

Review 4：The food was not very nice from the cafeteria. The staff were ok they don't speak much English which is difficult but if you make the effort to learn some Spanish it's fine.

Review 5：The rooms were very nice and spacious. We went to the fib festival which was only a 15 min taxi for around 15 euros or the shuttle bus around the corner !! We were glad there wasn't too many crazy people keeping us up at the hotel we had done that at the festival so the day times was a very chilled out vibe with a big pool area.

Review 6：The food buffett was a disgrace , cold and hardly enough selection, the fizzy coke machine failed to work and you hard to walk a mile to get a drink, the staff didnt really want to know. But you can not serve cold food to cleints

Review 11：Nothing bad to say about the hotel at all as we had a very pleasant stay. The one thing we did encounter were the local bars/ restaurants the staff seems to look after the spanish before they woudl even consider serving you. As a paying customer i do feel the service was a little poor and we were even told at one point that if we dont like to go back to our own country. We did take this in good spirits and it woudl not put us off staying at this Hotel as totally different experience.

Review 12：The location was great just a few minutes walk from the beach. The hotel itself was a little basic but clean and good value for money. At breakfast there was a large selection and always streched over the normal finish time if you like a lie in. The hotel seems to be a prime loaction for Spanish holiday makers, we found the people staying there freindly and the staff the same too. The pool is very busy in the day and lots of children, so if you like peace and quiet dont stay here. We stayed as part of the Benacassim festival and the coach does pick up around the corner from the hotel. We would stay here again and recommend to others as the hotel does have a nice atmosphere and offers value for money.

Review 19：Room was clean and comfortable and suitable to our needs. Staff were friendly and very helpful with any queries we had.

Review 21：We arrived to be told that we had a complimentary treatment so we enjoyed a leg massage during our stay. We also had a plate of cheeses and meats and fruit in our room on arrival. The fridge in the room wasn't working but within a couple of hours of reporting it it was fixed. The hotel is large and the guests are predominantly Spanish apart from the few English attending benicassim's festival but we didn't feel iscolated. The pool is large and we always found a sun lounger.

Review 22：Went all inclusive was waste of money due to bar staff? Not sure if they are told to be slow? But always lots of staff but always waitin 20mins for a drink. Didn't get money's worth as knew going for a drink was going to enrage me. I never write reviews so just wanting to pre warn people. Don't go all inclusive.

Review 23：The rooms were exactly how they looked in the pictures. The pool facilities/ spa was excellent. Was attending benicassim festival so never seen the night entertainment. The buffet was of a very high standard.

Review 24：the food was pain no choice not even a leg of chicken on offer in the buffet - selection of fruit was poor and in general for a buffet poor. bedrooms for a 4 star only offered a pillow per person !
