Review 1：It was January 1st, everything in Castellane was closed including the restaurant of the hotel. No way to have anything to eat for dinner at all - it would have been good to be advised and arrive prepared (or at least to have the option of a dinner box with sandwiches).

Review 3：Parking is difficult around the hotel (there's only pblic parking with 2 hours limitation), free parking is a bit farther. The room was very small, and the bed was cruelly uncomfortable. It was OK for one night, but would have become critical if we had stayed longer. For this rate it's too expensive

Review 7：Everything was OK. The fact that breakfast was not included made us decide to look elsewhere. We should have stayed and had the hotel breakfast for 6,50. In fact, we should have had all of our meals at Hotel du Roc. It turned out to have the best restaurant in town.

Review 32：Everything! Nice hotel very clean excellent wifi and excellent food in the restorant. And above all the owner Isabel. So kind and willing to help. We had a problem with our car and she spent with us so much time in order to help us and at last offered to drive and show us the way to the garage. She is a real angel. God bless her ! And it is so important as Castillane is really at the end of the world but so beatiful and a wonderful gate to one of the most exciting trip one can imagine of :The great canyon of Verdon.
Review 33：Just location you pay for. The room was dirty. No air con so when you need to open the window, it is so noisy and smell because down stair is restaurant so reco not stay here.

Great location right in the centre of Castellane.Plenty of choice for eating - many different types of restaurants verynearby and a mini supermarket directly across the street from the hotel.Although we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, it appeared busy andlooked very nice (used by locals which is always a good sign) a basic nofrills hotel, but very comfortable and very clean, with all necessities.Highly recommend as a fantastic budget hotel right in the middle of theaction for rafting and hiking in the Verdon Gorge.
