Review 1：the floor, already marks on it, just like concrete painted white, stains in bathroom on wall and floor

Review 6：The attention to detail is exceptional. This is certainly a 5 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. The accommodation is superb. We stayed for 14 nights and loved the views, the peace and the high standards that were presented throughout the complex.

Review 7：The music at the pool side was too loud, not to our taste and also on all day long. Ran out of nonalcohol beer on the 2nd day of my visit.

The staff could not of been any better, from the valet parking guy to the manager, they made you feel very special. Breakfast was wonderful, we had the bbq on the last night, only because it was convenient as we were then heading off to the airport but wish we'd of eaten there before had we of known how good it was. Will definitely visit again soon!

Review 10：Slightly musty smell when we first entered the room, we went out and bought a scented candle to remedy but I think a nice room diffuser would improve this. I also worry that the pure white floors and walls will age quickly, there are already some visable scuff marks.

Review 15：nights in the Penthouse Suite with my boyfriend as a treat for his birthday and to myself for having a great year at work. And what a treat it has been. Rarely can say this, but every member of staff - exceptional. Views - outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, a true 5-Star offering with the perfect poached eggs being my favourite. The Collins restaurant, which we dined at on our first night has views of the bay and wonderful food with a fantastic wine list. We relaxed by the pool with little need for our own music on iPods or mobile phones as the lounge beach vibe music is so relaxing. Happy Hour around the pool in the afternoon also a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Infinity pool fresh and clean, no chlorine. All furniture throughout the hotel blends in with the Fendi design - something which made me book in the first place - and I am glad I did. The interior design is second to none and the whole hotel feels perfectly kept. All complimented perfectly by the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I have stayed in many hotels, some luxury favourites over in California and in Greece, but Portals Hills stands up with the best after only 3 months open. I would recommend it to any couple wanting a relaxing getaway to treat themselves. 8 years together and this has been our favourite holiday to date.

Review 16：Well, there's only one thing they can improve, it's breakfasts. The buffet was a little too monotonous and they don't offer much on the menu. It's tasty though, so I'm not complaining, just suggesting a possibility of improvement.

Review 17：Almost everything. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very quiet, internet is flawless and rooms are spacy and comfortable. Every suit has sea view and is cleaned twice a day. The pool is not big, but is enough, there's only 30 or so rooms in the hotel so it was never overcrowded. Location: very quiet, 10 minutes to a beach, 5 minutes to a grocery store, restaurants and a bus stop. 15 minutes to Palma another 15 minutes to Magaluf (the other direction) by bus or a taxi.
