Review 15：Really good value for money, the room was cleaned daily to a high standard, a large variety of food available as part of the all inclusive deal, the outdoor pool area was well set out and caught the sun for the majority of the day and the hotels location was well serviced by public transport including boat taxis every 30min.

Review 16：the food was disgusting we ate out everynight even though we paid for all inclusive some of the staffs were miserable and very un helpful especially the blonde lady!! made you feel like you couldn't ask for anything and like you were stupid! the pool was ok the cup sitation was stupid you couldn't have a drink unless you had you assigned cup!

Review 19：Couldn't fault the food or choice. The drinks finish at 11pm which is a bit of a pain. Room smelt of stale smoke and they are building right in front of the hotel so there is no sea view. It's a bit of a trek into the Bay but it's easy enough to get a water taxi or bus.

Review 24：Entertainment was poor, not much effort to get people involved during the day, 1 cup rule is also a bit of a pain. The view obstructed by the hotel getting built right behind hotel blocks sea views and isn't on the official photos. It's not an issue, but wouldn't have booked if we'd know beforehand.

Review 25：The food was great, drinks are ok. Just a pain with the one cup rule, you get a fair amount of spirits in the cup however. The pool is small, but very deep, which I enjoyed a lot. Rooms are large and kept very clean, staff were ok. Didn't really have to deal with them very much. Bar staff nice enough. Location isn't great, but 5 mins walk to pinto beach boat to San Antonio.

Review 27：Hotel was in a good location. Was really impressed with the cleanlinessof the hotel, our room was always kept spotless by the maids and so wasthe rest of the hotel. The food was as expected really, ,not fantasticbut a typical buffet with good variety. Would definetly stay here again.About half hour walk to San antonio or €7 in s taxi. The beach close bywas beautiful.

Review 28：You need to pay deposits for everything, even a remote control! A second card (key) for the room : 5eur extra... You have a feeling that they really want to squeeze money from everything. The food was pretty awful - despite having a half board we decided to rather eat both breakfast and dinner outside.

Review 33：I really liked this hotel. We chose the All Inclusive option and enjoyed every second. Endless food and drinks every day. There is a free shuttle to a nearby beach which is beautiful (and clean). We loved this hotel.

Review 34：First of all the Wi-Fi is Not free as is stated in there ad, you have to pay extra for that. And you have to give a deposit for the T.V remote. The plastic beakers you get in exchange for the token that you pay a deposit for is a good idea when everyone is around the pool but in the evening I want to drink my beer, wine or cava out of a glass not a plastic beaker! Not only does it make it taste gross I feel like I'm in school again and this theme continues throughout the whole stay here. I felt like I was in a boarding school, watched and told what you can and can't do all the time. Even asking for a coaster as the condensation was dripping from the beaker onto my new shorts, I was told that the "Boss" doesn't allow them! Come on!! The food was as cheap as it gets, with different themed nights, like Spanish night that served paella or something that looked close but didn't taste like it. And the waitress was always looking at you, waiting for you to take that last bite so she could rush over and take the plate away! That wasn't a problem, just annoying. I know there have been cut backs made since the recession but I saved up to go on holiday so I could forget the recession for a week or two not to be reminded by it everywhere I turn. Especially when I go to the toilet and I'm greeted with crepe paper on a roll instead of toilet paper! It just felt like a camp with too many rules than a hotel where you can let your hair down and relax. If they charged a little bit more and made a few small changes it would be lovely place. Suppose you get what you pay for!! :)

Too far from any amenties plastic cups to drink from (not glass) food very limited for all inclusive snacks not available all day like most AI. Drinks very watered down. No bottled water on AI, €2 from machine

Review 56：Information from staff - not informed that we had to book places for bus to Cala Bossa beach therefore we had to pay for a taxi. If you require packed lunch you need to book this before 8pm the night before. The bar facilities - only open until 23:30. No evening snacks available. Evening entertainment was to a poor standard. Only night that was good is when holiday makers were singing. Not enough seating area outside. Would not recommend in high season as pool area small and there would not be enough sun beds. Pool water extremely cold. Hotel being built infront of sea view.
