Review 3：The only two faults were that the apartments were very very basic. Given that there is an international client base I could not believe that none of the apartments had a coffee making facility. But when I requested one I was given a cafetierre so kudos to the reception staff,

Review 4：Location great. Near the centre, beaches, local bus stop across the road. Pools excellent especially for children. Right next door to excellent shopping centre. Would strongly recommend. Also cleaning was very regular.

Review 7：The staff!!! I have never in my life come across reception staff as rude or as unfriendly as all the reception staff here! I am actually baffled as to how they are allowed work with the public! They alone would put me off staying there again! And also, no wifi!! Terrible for when you're abroad!

Review 9：The staff were the rudest staff I have ever met in the tourism industry. There was no back entrance to the complex so there is a lot of unnecessary doubling back if you want to get into the strip especially if your apartment is at he back of the complex. The apartments are tiny and looks like they have not been done up since the 80s. It is definitely not worth the money we paid.

Review 11：The women on the reception, no hello when we arrived and everyday after just blunt no manors. The room could have been cleaned better. The cleaners ran in an out. Plus no aircon which was a must really!

Review 15：We were sent to Oasis Papagayo because Oasis Dunas did not have a room for us. Oasis Papagayo is much more far from the centre, from the beach and everything. With a little kid and a pushchair it was a very uncomfortable solution. Oasis Dunas said they could not do anything as they just did not have rooms for all reservations. So be prepared to be sent to any other Oasis accomodation!

Review 16：The lighting in the evening in the complex is very poor especially around the pool area which is very dark and in my opinion unsafe. The WiFi was expensive, should be free. The supermarket is expensive also.

Review 17：The pool area was very good. Great baby pool and fun for older kids in the larger pools. The food was above average. And some of the staff were very friendly.

Review 18：Hygeine of the room was really poor. Thick dust in the lampshades and stains in the bath tub. Regular bed changes though. Quality of games equipment was poor. Incl. air hockey, pool table and table tennis table.

Haven't dined or used the pool as we were exploring the island. In general i do not recommend the place. For the future I would prefer to spend few extra euros and stay in Papagayo or other resort.

Review 40：I felt that the apartment was a little on the small side for myself and two boys aged 13 and 11 yrs but I suppose it was a one bedroom studio apartment. I would have prefered that there was air-conditioning as it could get very hot during the day I had the fan on constantly, it was a god send.

Review 41：The pool areas were fantastic, the boys really enjoyed it. It was also supervised by a lifeguard which was very reassuring. There were plenty of trees providing shade from the sun while sunbathing. There was plenty of choice for eating out within the hotel restaurant and pizzeria which finished serving at 11pm which was great if you came back late from an excursion. The proximity of the hotel to the main strip was ideal and it was also a few minutes away from the water park.

Review 50：We had a first floor room that enjoyed the breeze which was thankful due to no air conditioning in the rooms. People in ground floor rooms would have baked ! The first floor had a secure balcony for our 3 yr old whereas ground floor, the little "cherub" could escape and probable would! The cooking facilities are cramped and very limited storage for food goods. * The beds are hard !

Review 51：The hotel is well located and caters well for families. Young single groups will not find much onsite and would probably book elsewhere. The staff are really helpful and polite. The prices onsite are very reasonable. There are slides and climbing frames for children which was the main draw for us with a 3 yr old to entertain. Overall it was an enjoyable holiday and recommended.

Broken tiles sofa chairs in room. hotel saying they had recieved no special requets from our booking so tried to put us at back of resort overlooking road.The unhelpful reception staff ( maybe fedup with customer compliants). Bedrooms usual flat squeaky campbeds no blackout curtains and poor fitting broken window. Miniture kitchen area with rusty old fridge poor utensils and mircowave up so high you had to be over 6ft to reach. Charges for everything they could ..safe fan hair dryer tv wifi. Needs complete closure and sorting out.

Review 64：We chose this place for two reasons - the bathtub and the heated pool. Disappointingly the bathtub didn't exist and the pool was colder than the sea (in january)... it was ok otherwise, a little noisy at night from the bar and games for kids outdoors. The kitchen was good and there were good supermarkets nearby.

Highly recommend this complex to families. Accommodation had plenty of space for the 3 of us. We stayed in A232 and had a great view of one of the pools. Complex only 3mins walk to the main street, 5mins to the beach & just across the road from the waterpark. Onsite supermarket, bar & restaurant. What more could one ask for (besides the sun!)
