Ferienwohnen Mattle is located in the centre of Kappl, just 150 feet from the Bergbahnen Kappl ski run. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace overlooking the mountains of Paznaun. Guests can relax on the sun terrace and in the sauna.

The property is Sunny Mountainclub Member. In winter, child care in the Kappl Ski Area is included and in summer use of the Flying Fox is included. Furthermore, children under 8 years can use the ski lifts in the region in winter free of charge when skiing with their parents.

Review 1：It can be limited space on the parking in front of the hotel. In thatcase you can use a garage for free but you have to walk to the hotelapprox. 300M. Sauna is rather virtual - available theroretically 3 timesper week but you have to order it in advance...
Review 2：The apartment was rather small but really well equiped. Magnificent viewto the valley! If you want to ski in Ischgl and use a skibus, you haveto walk 200m to the bus stop and the trip takes approx. 20Min. If youprefer to ski in Kappl, it is easy to go down the pist nearly form thehotel but you have to walk back (400m) or take a bus from the liftstation in the valley. The supermarket spar and pizzeria/bakerywithin a walking distance (200m).
