Review 1：A little bit noisy inside the hotel. Woken up a couple of times early to the sound of chairs being moved around.

Review 5：Just an observation - my bathroom had invalid Access features which also meant the shower had no door or water protection- I would suggest a pull-aside curtain to avoid getting the entire bathroom flooded when showering.

Review 8：From the moment we were greeted upon arrival to the morning of our departure every member of staff showed an incredibly high standard of regard, and courtesy to all of our many requests.. The hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere and the large 4 poster sun beds were so comfortable.. We were even given a lift into Portals on the Sat night.. There was very little to dislike about the hotel and once again every single member of staff were as efficient & polite as anything we've ever experienced

Review 9：Not enough beds at pool or rather beds being kept when the people where not there and didn't return for hours. If they leave the pool area then bed should be given up and also putting towels out in early morning is not acceptable in this class of hotel

Review 12：Hotel is very accommodating with those with young children and babies. Great location being near the marina. Great facilities including pool and car service to local areas. We were always able to access a bed at the poolside despite the hotel being at full capacity

Review 13：The location has positives and negatives, being only a short stroll from the port and all that it offers, but on the main road so there is some traffic. The access to the pool by the ladder only, I do prefer a set of steps!

Review 20：The staff weren't interested when they were complaints or things to be sorted. Happy helpful until faced with problems. Our problems were never faced or sorted. Leaking bathroom allocation of room not enough sun loungers. We were not offered our free smart car that was included in package. Management offered free cocktail & couple hours extra in our room on day of departure as compensation. Very disappointing attitude.

Review 23：Location is perfect 5 minute walk to the port and restaurants. Pool area clean and have had more beds since we visited last year. Bell boy is excellent always smiling and greeting everyone and always chatting to guests. Quiet even though next to busy road.

Review 24：Having told them about partners birthday 3 times not even a card . Wifi is not good no hotel porter when arrive problem with electronic door key every day and 3 days had to pay to go to another pool as no room at hotel

Review 26：There was never enough sun loungers around the pool . We only had 2 days there and both days we didn't get a sun bed until 18.00 or thereabouts . This is slightly irritating when you are paying a lot of money for your stay. Not a massive problem but when we were informed the breakfast times we were under the impression it was included in the price as the receptionist failed to mention it was €20 per person. We were presented with the bill for it during breakfast . We still enjoyed it very much but it would have been nice to have been told before hand that it wasn't included .

Review 27：Gluten free options were available at breakfast time and when I requested an additional bed pillow this was delivered to our room promptly . It was cleaned to a high standard and furnished to perfection ! This is a fantastic hotel with just a Few minor dislikes to follow. Once again not a big problem just wanted to mention them so you can improve an already wonderful service .

Review 49：Great, friendly staff. Rooms very comfortable. I stayed for 1 night prior to an early morning departure from PMI. Plenty of restaurants across the street and within walking distance. Couldn't have chosen a more perfect location. I did have a car so it made it easier to get around.

Review 74：In the hotel everything was perfect, but considering OD Port Portals you have to keep in mind the following: -the nearlest beach is 5 minutes walk, but is not so good - stony and depth is very low. A good beach is about 15 minutes walk. -Portals Nous is NOT a cheap place. There are some really good restaurants near the marina, but they are expensive, though with good cuisine and with the view. You can find some places with reasonable prices right near the hotel, but they are very simple.

Review 75：Great looking modern rooms with design interior, nice lobby, free wifi, very helpful staff (thank you so much!), they know everything about Mallorca and always willing to help. Also a shower with the panorama window was a good surprise! Nice designer's decision! Good quality beds and pillows. Surroundings are very quiet, no drunks, nobody shouts at night.
