Review 1：We booked delux suite but when we arrived 7 o'clock in the evening, the room was totally mess (dirty towels, empty bottles ect.) and they didn't have another delux suite to offer us so we had to take a room without sauna. And another problem was that we asked if we could have breakfast (not even a breakfast actually, just a cup of coffe) earlier because we have to leave early in the morning but we couldn't have it.... Ps: pillow was also bad!
Review 2：Smoke-filled room, carpet was burned through by cigarettes. Broken heater. Furniture was broken. Shower cubicle was broken. You cannot open a window, if you are not 2 meters tall. THERE IS NO DOUBLE BED - none in the whole hotel, staff just pull two singles together.

Review 4：Audibility is very good! It was a wedding on the floor higher than our room, and the sounds irritated and disturbed sleeping.
Review 5：The location is pretty nice, you can reach the beach in 10 minutes. The room is comfortable in spite of it's small size.
Review 6：When we turned up (Saturday) we discovered that there was a wedding party. We were told that we could not eat in the restaurant that evening. We were then kept awake until about 01:30 by extremely loud music. We were assured that the Sunday would give us a peaceful night. But we had to complain about the extremely loud music AGAIN at about 23:00 when they turned it off.

Review 8：The hotel rooms are really nice. The WiFi works without any problem. The ladies at the reception were nice and helpful.
Review 9：Even there was a sauna in the room, it was cold (beginning of May) in the room, no warm, water in the wash-hand stand. The cleaning is not supposed in the hotel (we stayed two nights), just the garbage is thrown. Generally we felt like guests in house of a far-away relative who is not really in mood that we arrived :-)

Review 38：It's good for its price. And location is nice: grocery 100 meters on the right side, sea 200 meters ahead, bus stop (if you're not driving).
Review 39：Some nearby nightclub was noisy (probably due to some beach concert). The A/C switched off automatically after 15 minutes and the room was very humid.
Review 40：The resort is growing and the beach is probably one of the best in the region. Hotel is in the center of the town and close to the beach. Room was a bit worn out but sheets were clean.

Review 49：We were dissapointed that we couldn't t see out of the windows ofour room as they were so high up . There is no lift at this hotel . Noneof the staff speak English more than a few words and some none at all .I had managed to communicate enough for the receptionist to understandthat I would need a taxi booked for the next morning.....but she forgotto do it and nearly compromised our reason for being in Estonia in thefirst place . We also couldn't t get out of the hotel at 7.45 am onemorning as we found the door between the ground floor corridor andreception locked ! We had to run up 3flights of stairs to find someonein the restaurant kitchen to come down and let us out ! If you aretravelling here from Britain and don t speak Estonian or Russian , takea phrase book or be prepared to use an online translating tool !
