Review 1：Bad wifi coverage in room. Requested double bed with seaview but given 2 single beds and garden view. Communication problem and understanding in English.

Review 3：Breakfast was poor, most of food out was cold. Our view off balcony was poor (Trees in your face) & not private, no partition between. But our booking was last minute upgrade as apartment we were in elsewhere in Ibiza was awful.

Review 11：We stayed in room 146 and did not sleep at all during our stay. The room is right near a main road and the terrace doors are not sound proof. This, along with noisy groups returning to the hotel from clubs, meant we were kept awake constantly. It is a shame as the room itself was clean and practical and we liked the hotel overall.

Review 21：On arrival we did not receive a warm welcome at reception. The attitudes of staff ranged from surly, apathetic and Iindifferent, to warm, helpful and friendly.

Review 22：This is a small, traditional Spanish hotel. Rated as two star we booked last minute and the hotel surpassed our expectations. Immaculately clean, our room was serviced everyday. The room was modern and appropriately furnished, the bathroom looked new and shower was great. The hotel is s short walk from the centre of San Antonio along the promenade and located right beside the beach with good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The pool was lovely with plenty of sun loungers for guests and there was a nice mix of clientele, groups of friends, couples, and families. The food was good and there was a wide variety of freshly prepared options served at breakfast and dinner. Altogether we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Review 25：We booked this hotel 2 months prior our arrival and there was no specified room available upon arrival. They gave us temporary 2 single rooms, small, looking to the noisy street and not comfortable at all. The entire hotel is old, not renovated since ages. The food (both for the breakfast and for the dinner) was horrible, mainly from cans.

Far enough away from the West End to be quiet and clean but only a 20 minute walk if that is where you want to go.Other bars/restaurants/shops/atm/bus stop a stones throw away. Right on the small clean beach s'estanyol with a lovely tapas place; Sa Flame. Reasonably priced for location. Decent sized room and balcony with sea view. Nice pool also. Didn't try the food so can't comment. Any further round the bay and it starts to get a little difficult to get into San An, 30 minute walk further round to get to Kumharas.

Review 29：The machine that produce water, orange juice... At breakfast and lunchare stopped for the dinner so you have to pay for those. So even forwater it's 2€.You got the same table everyday, can't change. The wifi is very very slow and short on range. at the swimming pool you got full signal of the next hostel but not even 1 bar of the Tagomago, what a joke. At our arrival nobody explained the general security rules of Ibiza. Not even that EVERY night there is thiefs on bike looking for things oto rob on the beach...

Review 30：The peaceful location as it was far enough away from the constant noise of the 'busy' end of the bay. Small and more personal feeling to the hotel. Helpful staff.

Review 31：Hours of breakfast could be extended. 8-10 was rather limiting as we would like to sleep a little more on vacations... Late check-in was not available but the option to take a shower in a vacant room was offered (+). No fridge or mini-bar to keep water cool :(

Review 48：The hotel has public area internet access, but while I was there it wasn't working for much of the time, to be fair this was out of the Hotels control, it was the telecoms provider to the Hotel. When it was working it was a little slow.

Review 49：A Hotel in a great location set right on the beach, far enough away from the main San Antonio 'lively' area to have a quieter time at night or poolside during the day, and close enough to walk to these if you want. A family run Hotel with many return clients, says it all, great staff, very clean rooms, mine was very nice with an immaculate bathroom with walk in shower. I went with a group of 16 work colleagues, not one complaint amongst us !!!

Review 50：Some of the guests obviously didn't understand the action of queuing at the buffet at breakfast & evening mealtimes. It was slightly 'tribal' as large groups of Brits, Germans, & Spanish tended to stay in their ethnic groups. Also, some of the dishes offered for the evening meal were slightly weird. You can't take your own drinks into the restraurant, as the wine waiter will let you know in no uncertain terms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Tagomago & will return.

Review 51：This is a quiet hotel, close enough to San Antonio town, without being noisy. The clientele are almost all mature couples, thus making this an ideal place for us. The hotel is clean, quiet & friendly. It has a good pool, easy access to two local beaches & the rooms are comfortable & air conditioned. The staff are lovely, & they always engaged us in conversation, enjoying our feeble attempts at Spanish conversation. The desk staff are efficient & nothing is too much trouble. The hotel has undergone a recent refurbishment & the result is excellent. Without wishing to be a killjoy, it's not overrun by youngsters intent on clubbing & drinking. There are loads of hotels in San Antonio aimed at that market, & we felt quite sorry for those youngsters who had booked this hotel.

Review 65：The beds in the permanently smelly rooms were ridiculously squeaky and uncomfortable. The shower water tasted like sea water and there was a constant ant problem. The staff were rude, unhelpful and dismissive of all customers except from those who appeared to be regulars. However the bar staff were brilliant and always happy to serve you.

Review 66：Hotel tagomago has such a brilliant view out onto the bay of San Antonio day and night with beautiful sunsets. During our early September trip there were next to no Mosquitos, a near perfect temperature of 30 all week and cheap drinks from the bar facing the sea. We were lucky to have one of the rooms with a large balcony with sun loungers and table and chairs. The breakfast buffet provided everything you could want (besides cereal). And next door on the beachfront is an amazing Resturant called Sa Flama serving Mexican food. The beaches at this area of the bay are the start to the better seas, less rocky and clean unlike the San Antonio beaches. There's a large number of water sports on offer.

Usually stay in big humongous complexes in Dubai so wasn't expecting much but the location was amazing, right on the beach and the balcony...wow...It was more like a roof terrace! The staff were so kind and the rooms were a pretty decent size so was the bathroom. Bus stop literally yards away from hotel entrance and it's €4 to the Airport v €25 In a cab. About a 10 min walk to Ocean Club/Lineker and 15/20 all the way round to Cafe Del Mar/Mambos.

The view over the bay from our room was spectacular and the beach is a stones throw away. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Review 81：We have been abroad several times and never been treated by staff (especially the male manager) so rudely. The manager argued with most English customers each day. This was the only entertainment we had at the hotel. Felt sorry for the staff who work for him. The staff seem quite worried about approaching him. Advertised with entertainment and not to hesitate to ask for anything. I asked for a toilet roll for the room as we hadn't been given any and got an aggressive response from the manager. Really made me feel unwelcome. shame as this could be a really nice place to stay!

Dated locks on doors with one key per room only, which means that you are unable to lock the door from the inside if you want to rest without your companions having to wake you to get in. If you leave your keys at reception they hand them over without any security checks!! Breakfast selection good, but food unappetizing. Room exceptionally basic, and in need of update.
