Review 1：Perfect location, in Albacete city centre, clean, and with really good value for the money. However the best part is the girl in the reception, really pretty, always smiling and willing to help.

Review 32：The internet would shut off at random times of the night. The water pressure in the shower would change randomly while you were in there and then it would cause the shower head to jump out of it's holder and spray all over everything in the bathroom. Thus causing everything to be wet and us to use all the towels to clean up everything instead of us.
Review 33：It was a good price and right near the center of the city as well as the train and bus stations.
Review 34：I think that the entrance to the hotel is poorly designed. There is a flight of four or five steep steps going up to a glass door, both of which are difficult to deal with when carrying heavy bags, especially when there is no one to help with luggage. Then there are a couple more steps up to on the reception desk. Anyone in a wheelchair or with a serious ambulatory issue should probably look elsewhere. The mattress was comfortable enough but the heavy plastic mattress cover wasn't fitted properly so it got quite lumpy in the night.
