Review 1：The water in the pool was very cold. But what can be done in December?

Review 2：Great location for the shops and restaurants in Corralejo. There was en English pub accross the road that gave a bit of noise late at night, but not excessive. The rooms were of a good size and well cleaned. Nice to have a kettle in the room. The breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent. We were given great advice on everything that we asked for and even a lesson on the names of more exotic tapas dïshes.

Our room at dunapark was excellent size and although the hotel is slightly tired and would benefit from a bit of a makeover and fresh decoration , we found it to be very comfortable and in an enviable location . Cannot praise the staff enough and found them to be friendly, helpful and very good at their jobs. We would def book to stay here again and had a lovely quiet room with comfy beds. Breakfast was good and their was a good choice of either cooked or continental food on offer. I noticed some fizz was available for breakfast too should you fancy a glass and coffee/lattes/etc were available too. The reception staff sorted out my hoops transfer mix up ( as I had booked from my first hotel ).!

Got kept waiting for 20 mins for reception service after already waiting 2 hours to be checked in as no room was ready by 4pm!!! Really poor service overall and please don't think this is a 4 star. It's more like a low 3.

Worth talking to the hotel about which room you get as there are street view/pool view/garden view rooms and each would suit a different sort of holiday maker. Review 110：The buffet evening meals were adequate but a little 'samey', perhaps too much choice, so that many dishes seem to have been recycled from the previous days over supply. The dining room looked a little tired and could be improved with a little imaginative decor

Review 111：Low rise buildings surrounding the garden which excluded the noise from the nearby rock bars thus giving a peaceful ambience. An ideal location with an easy stroll to the Port and places of interest. Close to excellent small beaches with clean sand and beatiful blue sea. The rooms are large ,clean and airy. The central gardens are well kept and spacious, with some splendid palm trees, the swimming pools are carefully maintained!

Review 112：Very well located, very friendly staff and good breakfast. Although for what we payed we did expect much more. You must pay for the wi-fi and we did but didn't work at all in the bedrooms and when complained about it the only answer was 'it should, will check' but nothing was ever done. Other then that they have procedures that simply don't go with a 4 stars, such as if you want to use a simple beach towel you must pat a 15e deposit for each!!! Wouldn't stay there again for the same price.

I want to mention Katja in particular who was super nice, answered all my questions in detail and gave plenty of information about everything I inquired. Restaurant and food are very good, we were on half-board basis and selection differed every day. It does live up to a 4-star standard. Hotel is in perfect location, steps away from local shops, restaurants and local beach. It offers a free return bus service to the dunes twice a day.
