Review 1：Parking a bit tight.

Review 2：Convenient & modern apartments right by the beach. Great promenade to walk along. Super powerful shower with piping hot water.

Review 3：Very noisy and bad if you go alone or to rest, ideal to go with family and childrens because a lot of families, noise all overchildrens shouting include moving furniture each morning etc. The matress was old and unconfortable.

Review 17：Stayed in Marfina for a week.Staff are very nice and helpful. Great location,restaurants all nearby 5-10 min walk. Supermarket near the nautical centre on beach front 15min walk. Has everything you need for selfcatering accommodation. On route to the supermarket two lovely bakeries for fresh bread and beautiful pastries. Marfina apartments were the best equiped apartments I have stayed in. Had everything you could want. We got complementary breakfast on the first morning which was great as we arrived late the night before. Sun Loungers, beach towels,bikes plus other games available included with cost of apartment for the week was great. Perfectly located for transport, train just past supermarket 15-20 min walk, brings you to Barcelona or Sitges is another lovely spot to visit. This is my second time to visit Castelldefels, yes I do hope to visit again, yes I would stay in Marfina apartments again and yes I would highly recommend staying here.

Review 18：Well located beachfront hotel. Small space but very efficient. Everything was clean and modern. Our only regret was to have booked another hotel in the center of Barcelona instead of this one. Worth the commute (easy by car, 20 minutes or by bus and train, 50 minutes, drops you off at Plaza Espana in the center of Barcelona). Would definitely recommend for either a beach stay or visiting the city.

Review 19：Super apartments on the beach. Friendly staff. Lovely restaurants nearby. Bus stop to Barca just down the road. Ideal for a mix of a sun holiday with a few visits to Barcelona mixed in!

Review 20：Very helping, polite, english-speaking staff. Excellent breakfast, they offer you a standard amount and additional food is on request, as a result you don't throw away food and everything is fresh and tasty. Canoe boat, surfing boat, table tennis, beach towels, beach bed, bikes - everything is for free. Very clean rooms, the kitchen is good as well. The sea is in 100 meters from the hotel. We had a room with sea view and were able to see the sea from the room. There is also a children playing room near the area for breakfast. Connection to Barcelona: Train station is in 20-30 min by foot. Bus station is very close (5 min by foot). The food market is also quite close to the hotel. A lot of restaurants around the hotel.

Review 21：Very nice place! As usual high level of spanish service and comfort, clean, all necessary equipment, high wifi speed, even you can catch signal when you're at the beach. Can do different kind of sports or just walk along the seaside. Highly recommend to visit this apartments.

The apartment was adjacent to the beach, with a nice outlook toward the sea, for those who desire this and we were impressed that beach towels were provided in addition to bath towels. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the air con. which was unable to be rectified and reception was quick to offer us another room or the alternative - a floor fan. We were impressed by the concern of the young man at reception! Breakfast, at an additional cost, was adequate and served at the table, rather than the usual buffet. Service was friendly!

As our flight was in the evening so we had to stay back at the hotel for almost 6 hrs after checkout still all the facilities were available for us which was overwhelming. Review 32：With just three weeks to go before our holiday was due to start we were let down when our previously booked apartment owner emailed me to tell me he had lost his licence and could not rent the apartment to us. After some searching we found Apartamentos Marfina, booked it and crossed our fingers. We had nothing to worry about as the place was just ideal for our needs. Easy access to Barcelona, right on the beach and all amenities a short walk away. It was perfect! We hope to go back again some time in the future...!! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Review 33：The location was fantastic, waking up to the sunshine and being able to view the beach/sea while eating breakfast. The room was spotless, staff were always on hand with advice on where to go what to do and where to find the best bargains. Our stay was in the beginning of May, it was 32 degrees but very little tourists. Having the whole beach to ourselves was wonderful.

Review 37：We got a room on a bottom floor and it was extremely noisy. We could hear everything what the people in the room upstairs were doing, talking, walking, moving chairs which generated loud sounds. Shower wasn't great either. We wont be coming back.

Review 39：I stayed in one bedroom place then due to my extend stay, I was moved to a studio and the studio had couple spots to repair such as their fan in the kitchen and their shower sewer where it kinda overflooded in the middle of the shower. But over all everything was absolutely fabulous!

Review 40：The best part of this place is the service they provided me. If you expect of hotel concierge service, this place might not be the best, but the employee who worked here all were extremely kind and helpful on everything, and I could tell that they tried to provide the best service they could! The location itself is great too. Right in front of the beach, so you can just step out to the beach or you can simply take one bus toward downtown of barcelona to right in front of University Metro station where everything is. This place literally made my trip to Barcelona extended to whole one week trip before my flight to Rome.

Review 45：There was nothing I didn't like about the apartments. However, the big supermarkets were near the station, and because we didn't have a car we had to get a bus there. Admittedly we did not ask, so there may have been a more convenient way to get our groceries.

Review 46：We stayed here for 10 nights, summer 2014. Myself and my 3 teenagers. We found the staff to be very accommodating, the facilities were excellent and the position was ideal. The apartments are practically on the beach, and they offer free use of bikes, Sunbeds and kayaks. I thought that this would mean the chances of being able to use them would be slim, but this was not the case. They had enough so that there was plenty of availability. Little touches like the fact they provided washing up liquid and cloths, free ice, beach towels etc made our trip much more relaxed. The apartment was clean and tasteful and had plenty of space. We had a two roomed apartment which had a bathroom and another toilet. There was a couple of beach bars very close which had music on occasionally, and a beach volleyball competition while we were there.On public transport it took approximately 20 mins to get to the train station and from there another 40 to get to Barcelona. This was a journey we made regularly and cheaply due to the fabulous T10 ticket which meant that the whole journey cost around 1 Euro. This meant we were able to split our days between the beach and the city. The apartment itself and the staff we're fabulous and incredibly helpful, the beach is clean and not overcrowded. We would definitely go back there.

Review 51：A beautiful beach front location with superb free water sports and cycling. A great way to start and end a holiday in Northern Spain. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful. The apartment was well equipped and adequately sized for a family of four. 20 min walk to the train station from where Barcelona and Sitges are within approx 15 mins away, and only a 15 minute drive from the airport.

Review 55：Castelldefels is lovely but not a whole lot to do except the beach. Noisier than I thought it would be with overhead planes coming in to land in Barcelona. Mosquitoes are nasty little buggers...so bring plenty of repellant. The beach is beautiful but can be very windy, leading to sand spray which stings!!

Review 56：Apartments were spotless...maybe a little smaller than I had anticipated. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Very convenient to the airport and public transport is excellent. And the weather was just great...one day with showers and we took advantage and went to anecblau shopping centre...lots of great shops. Fantastic place for a quiet relaxing holiday. Beautiful beach with a fabulous long beach promenade...perfect for long relaxing walks. Free use of bikes and sun loungers was very helpful. Went to portaventura...took about an hour and a half by train...wonderful day spent there.

Review 57：Not every room has view to the sea, also from balcony you can sea other peoples rooms of another hotel or hear your neighbors (but rooms has big blinds, so it wasn't big problem). Town center is also a bit far if you walk, but with bus it's ok.

Review 58：The place and the view was very nice, also in room was good noise isolation. Stuff is friendly and helpful. It is perfect place if you want go with family or you want peaceful holiday and amazing view, because in one direction you can see mountains, in other - sea. Connection with Barcelona is good, because near the hotel was bus stop, where stops bus to Barcelona, Placa Catalunya.

We had a wonderful time in Apartamentos Marfina. Highly recommended!

Review 107：Very highly recommended, the staff were extremely helpful, free secure parking, 10 min walk to bus to Barcelona and only 15-20 min drive to airport. We had a ground beach facing apartment with a garden/tables & chairs for outside dining. Bikes, kayaks and surf boards were all free which was an added bonus. There were plenty of bars, restaurants and small supermarkets in the immediate vicinity of the complex. I cannot recommend Apartmentos Marfina highly enough and hope to visit again one day soon.

Review 113：Noise (at times) became distracting. Noise from other families staying in the hotel repeatedly echoed throughout the building, including from within (not much wall insulation). Also when Barcelona airport shifts it's flight pattern the airplanes fly directly over the hotel.
