Review 1：We are non smokers & apartments on either side & floor below were smoking on balconies which then blew into our room or was annoying when we were eating on balcony

Review 7：You need to pay for the hairdryer like 9€ plus a rental charge. There was never enough shampoo or shower gel. The rooms are not changed everyday just once in our stay with no bed change. I would say bring your own.

Review 8：It's a good location just a short walk to a lovely marina with bars and cafes. For 1.50 you can take the bus a few minutes to Palma nova or 3€ to Palma. The buffet breakfast and dinner is good for the price. The apartment was comfortable if basic and we had a high room with a sea view.

Review 9：There were 5 people in 3 rooms. I was not informed there was a double room twin room and sofa bed. I did not know there were twin beds as one of our friends could have used it and not incurred paying £300 for 6 nights. There was a bad smell in the apartment and no corkscrew. Also the cups were very small. Need large cups/mugs.

Our Safe didnt work,we need to call reception every day for 4 days and after we decide that this is not worth it.Waitresess not speak English very well.On the advert picture is plasma TV we had very old small one and you have to pay deposit €5.Some of the reception member was very rood.Every game in hotel even for kids you have to pay for.Cleaner never clean our floor during our vacation we need to complain and after they change you towell and that's what they call cleaning

Review 18：Breakfast can be improved. The scrambled eggs, the cheese and the ham had a funny, chemical taste. Improve the müsli selection. Get a better coffee machine with stronger coffee! Wifi coverage on the balconies was very poor to non-existent. The spagetti bolognese for lunch needed about 1dl more bolognese to deserve the name.

Review 35：- Some mistakes in our booking made me really upset at the beginning (I had to pay more at the spot) - No drinks available for the dinner (you should pay for drinks even water). We brought our own water which was bought outside of the hotel with half the price. I really didn't understand this concept, especially when the food was really good and with lots of variety! - You should even pay for the hair dryer aside from giving a deposit (this was really strange!)

Review 61：lack of self catering facilities. a kettle and two rings and toaster do not constitute in our opinion self catering standards. the inclusion of a microwave (as no oven) would have made all the difference as families who would chose self catering couldn't really achieve a full meal .. the noise of the building site across the road at the front of the hotel was intrusive from 8am to 6pm although we appreciate this is not in the hotels control and hopefully will be finished for the start of the season. also is it hotel practice that balcony lights are automatically timed to go off at 10.30.pm as happened every night.

The animation team was very active and entertaining! The rooms and the swimming pool were clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, it was close to places to eat and the beach.

Review 80：We went with mixed feelings to this hotel as reviews on the internet were ok types..but vola !! It turned out to be an excellent place for stay with kids and family. Staff was good, pool was clean and hygenic and play area/ hallway was awesome. Staff from animation team use to conduct play acting, dancing & games for kids & older people which kept all of us occupied and happy !! It's a must visit for families + kids !!

Review 82：Reception people are very helpful with fast answer and good recommendations. Cleaners and canteen stuff worked hard to provide very good services. Their breakfast is strongly recommended. Free colorful activities were organized by hotel stuff, different contents and several times each day: water games, kids' time, shows and so on. Hotel is close to bus stop from/to Palma, easy to find. 2 beaches in 5-15min walking distance. Big swimming pool. Kitchen facilities are enough prepared based on the amount of the guests.

Review 83：Apartments and indeed whole building is in desperate need of a complete refurbishment and there was an obvious lack of maintenance as evidenced by the communal bathroom and shower room requiring repairs. It looks 20 years out of date. Strange set up in the one bedroom apartment where lounge has couch beds rather than proper seating (seating does not even have a back). I had booked a 1 bedroom apartment with lounge but was initially placed in a 1 room studio. Had to spend first 2 nights in studio before a 1 bedroom apartment became available. The staff were very helpful in rectifying this, and it is an issue I shall first take up with Booking.com rather than criticise the staff for. Not ideal for solo or groups of adults as it was mostly families. So I did not use the pool since I didn't want to spend my holiday surrounded by screaming children. Fortunately I prefer the beach anyway. That said I had booked this holiday every last minute and these apartments were about the best available for the location I wanted and money I was prepared to spend.

Review 84：Good location between Palma and other holiday resorts along the south west coast, all within 15 minutes access by car. Nice view from pool facing apartments. Hotel staff very friendly and hard working. Apartment was cleaned and towels/toilet paper replenished every 2 days. Free parking. Quiet/hotel entertainment stopped by 12am which meant I could relax in the apartment balcony.

Review 85：Internet connection is expensive ; not a flexible arrangement as it is not possible to switch a device. As a family with two children with 2 Ipads and a computer I will have to buy a connection for each of us. It should be possible to switch device. Imagine to check a mail for 5 minutes I need to pay 5 euros. Not good at all and the whole thing sounds like a rip off.

Review 87：I did not like that someone made a mistake with my booking days but fortunately it was fixed. The last few days of our staying was quite loud as the neighbours were with children and they did not want to sleep a lot.

Review 88：I really liked the hotel, everyone was so friendly. When we arrived there was a mistake made but the receptionist fixed it in two minutes and they were very helpful. It is good that many activities were held at the hotel so you cannot be bored even if you stay there. The room was quite good and clean and the hotel is close to bars and shops. Good one.

Review 91：This is our third stay at the hotel since 1996 initially as a couple without children then with young children including a 3 month old baby and our recent stay with more mature children/ teenagers. The character and charm of the hotel, it's staff and its location have been positively consistent and we could not fault our stays in any way. Whilst it is described correctly as 3* it has always boasted ample sized accommodation and adequate air con (if a little noisy). The pool and its surroundings are spacious and kept well stocked of modern robust loungers and plenty of daily entertainment for kids and also pool activities. The bar food and restaurant food are both reasonably good but the area has ample alternative venues for such that one shouldn't be disappointed on that front. All in all I would continue to recommend the Ola Club Tomir as a positive experience on all fronts and hope to revisit it again in the future all being well!
