Review 1：Wifi only available in certain areas. Water tank positioned over the lavatory, husband banged his head several times when lifting up the seat.
Review 2：Friendly and helpful staff. Clean towels daily. Clean. Good sized fridge.
Review 3：Only downside is that you can only pay cash. So no creditcard or debet cards. Make sure you have enough cash or be ready to do a morning stroll to the nearest ATM which is at the supermarket or in the center of town.
Review 4：Great location just outside the city center but still in walking distance of restaurants. Also very near the top lake which is worth a visit. Rooms are very basic but have all you need, like a kitchen (at an addition) and a small outside area like garden or balcony. The staff is very nice and helpful to show you around and give useful tips for trips.

Review 9：Very friendly and helpful staff, simple, uncomplicated accommodation, nice garden/breakfast area and pool, covered parking for motorcycles, good buffet breakfast at a reasonable cost, short easy walk into town with a mix of restaurants, bars etc. Great base to explore the local area or just chill out. We liked it so much we stayed an extra 2 nights!
Review 10：We felt the pictures flattered to deceive. The double bed was a lot smaller than is the norm from our experience of travelling around Europe. Basic facilities. Shower from taps had to be hand held, no fitting on the wall.
Review 11：Location was good, Casino supermarket close by which has 24 hr fuel. 5 min walk to Castellane town square and it's restaurants and boulangerie. Covered parking specifically for motorbikes.

Review 14：The stairwell to the rooms is open air so anyone can enter the building. However we did not have any problems during our stay and Castellane seems to be a safe town. This is more of an upmarket hostel .OK for a short stay.
Review 15：The location was good and there was a kitchenette for travellers staying for a few days but we didn't qualify for this. The hotel is popular with bikers and it has a good size pool but its not heated. There is a large supermarket across the road which was handy. The room slept three but the third bed was in the corridor outside the bathroom so not ideal. Hotel OK for one or two days. Staff friendly.

Review 62：1. We complained that there was no hotwater in the room to the owners. They told us the hot water will go on later, but two hours later the water was still cold. When we confronted him about that, he was extremely unpleasant and told us we could leave if we want (at 9 pm at night - with three elderly people in tow). 2. Towels the size of hand towel. 3. Smokey rooms.

Review 65：This room was advertised as deluxe family room, as we paid extra for the Deluxe. We expected more room space but unfortunately this was not the case, no way this room was for 4 people. Booking.com should make sure before they allow such advertising, we as a family were disappointed cos after a long day of hiking all u wanted was to come to yre room & relax but we couldn't as we were always in each others space. Overall the location was excellent, pool was nice, facilities were poor to say the least. Great holiday not so great hotel.
