Review 1：Only had an overnight stay but would have liked to stay longer! Hotel has lovely gardens which we didn't get a chance to see.

Review 2：Beautiful decor in a beautiful building, the bedroom was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable, two queen size beds in our room. Hotel had a feel of grandeur. Fantastic collection of vintage cars on show belonging to the owner.

Review 24：This is a fabulous hotel, OK its on an Polígono Industrial (Industrial Estate) but don't let that deter anyone from staying here, we have stayed in some really nice hotels in Spain as we live here six months of the year and do a lot of traveling but the Santa Isabella is one of the best we have stayed in , very clean, great comfortable rooms and excellent decor throughout, very highly recommended.

Review 30：Located very close to the motorway, in a commercial area, if you are just looking for somewhere to break your journey, this is a luxurious hotel with huge rooms. Safe, secure, free underground car park. Try to take an extra half hour to look at the superb collection of vintage vehicles in the underground car park.

Review 31：For an en route stopover, this was functional, close to main road, well equipped. However, close to road includes pylons, industrial estate... Very palatial looking building, new build, decor plush and gilt... Room clean and smart apart from unswept floor. Intriguing collection of antique cars in car park. V friendly staff.

Review 35：The food. We where very tired after a 10 hr drive from Portugal. The food that eventually arrived was not what we had ordered. The portion size would not keep a gnat alive.(so went to bed hungry) And to top every thing off we where charged more for the food than the room. very disappointed.

Review 38：Beautiful hotel, with an excellent large bedroom let down by no hot water when we arrived but was addressed within 15mins only to be no hot water again in the morning told to run the hot tap for 10mins, actually we ran it for 20 mins before any warm water not hot came through, breakfast was a let down, hot dishes left out without any cover and only warm food, and the waiter did not go to charm school, A real shame for a Beautiful Hotel the let down by simply addressed issues. Thankfully the young lady was very nice and Helpfull when we arrived.

Review 49：The fridge didn't work. Reception confirmed that none of the fridges work, despite apparently being brand new, so if you want to keep anything cool - you can't!! The rooms look stunning but , on closer inspection, the finish leaves a lot to be desired.

Review 53：Really convenient location from the A31 motorway en route from Santander to Torrevieja. The hotel is stunning to see, from outside it looks like a French chateau although it was only built in 2009, the rooms are huge, similar in size to those in Las Vegas, beds are so comfortable you don't want to get up the next morning. Good wifi throughout the hotel. Meals are reasonable. If you like classic cars you will not be disappointed by the owner's collection in the underground car park

Review 63：On arrival to the room there was no balcony as requested and there were only sheets on the bed, no cover. After a short amount of time it was realized the air con did not work. This was reported but nothing was done about it. We couldn't sleep as it was so warm. When we asked for a refund for the second night the staff refused. We did not get what we paid for and it was handled very badly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
