Review 1：Hotel is also so huge! Economy room is big and clean but doesn’t look like a 4 star.

Review 13：- the bath showers of the economy rooms are too small (can't fit a big person). - the doors of the economy doors can be enhanced for a better looking + security system locks.. - The Wifi signal shall be enhanced at the hotel. - the reception shall be redesigned in a way to show that it is a reception (I couldn't tell where is the reception).

Review 14：- The staff were extremely helpful. - I was given a very small room with no internet at all. I didn't like my room so I asked for an upgrade, they offered me another room with the same category which was double the size! and has an internet signal. - Everytime I ask for something, the staff were very very helpful.

Review 25：My mother and I stayed for 10 days visiting relatives and enjoying the city. The hotel room had no drawers or shelves to put anything on so we ended up living out of our suitcase, wardrobe space tight too. Bed duvets very heavy for summer with no alternative and pillows so large and too soft -again no alternative. Beds on wheels rolled away every time you sat on it. Decor throughout of past grandeur but old fashioned and worn.

Review 41：lets start with the worst: we booked a "classic rubin", nice pictures, free bathtub in the room. thats what u think you would get if u pay extra for a room. but only 2 of the classic rubins have that! but all the pictures are only from these 2 rooms!! thats misleading! and there was more: let's put it that way: we expected more from a 4* hotel, especially for that price. don't get me wrong, its a nice hotel, but the whole attitude is wrong. a few examples: why does a bathrobe cost 3€ extra? sure, its only 3€, but i have been to lower rated hotels, its everywhere included. or another example: the maid dropped my girlfriends perfume. no problem. happends. but why not sending someone to the city to get another? they told me, i should go and bring the receipt and they give me the money. again: its ok, but the wrong attitude. i'm used to be trated differently in a 4* or 5* hotel.

Review 54：The location is very near to the centre but it is very easy to find. The Kunsthaus is just around the corner, 100m, and the Grazer Murinsel 200m. The sauna and the gym are small but confortable. You must pay the oarking but it is near to the hotel. The restaurant der Steire is very good, with your beer.
