Review 1：Our unit was a three bedroom unit....fine for the 2 of us but would 6 adults struggle with just one bathroom with no seperate toilet ?
Review 2：Villas are well situated in the Binibeca resort, supermarket very close. Not on top of one another but nice to be able to meet other visitors
Review 3：Location was very good and although basic the villa was good size and had everything needed with great view of sea and close to beaches and the main square of the village ( less than 10 minute walk). Cleaning staff friendly and accomodating regarding check in and check out times.
Review 4：Fly nets on windows would help keep Mosquitos out as there is no aircon and windows need to be open at night.

Review 8：The appalling lack of cleanliness in the villa. We reported that there were slugs in the cutlery draw, on the wall of the kitchen, and in the downstairs bedroom and were simply offered some clean(er) cutlery but no solution to our slimy guests. Repulsive and unacceptable.

Seemed very popular with retired English people so things are geared to their way including non traditional Spanish times for evening dinner ie early rather than later was the noorm

Review 11：Apartments were a little "tired"--perhaps could use a little sprucing, but I think it was a great value. Kids also were bummed that there was no wifi, but I considered that a bonus! Didn't find any great restaurants nearby, but we had a rental car and ate dinners in other towns.
Review 12：The location was great, pool and view were fabulous, staff was friendly, and apartment was spacious and had lots of character. Market right next door was very convenient and there was a great running path along the water.
Review 13：Excellent location and great price. Have stayed here in the past (15 yrs ago!) and nothing much has changed. The villas are very basic but clean and the pool and outside areas well tended with plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas etc. Own car park with lots of space.

Review 30：local supermarkets understocked and only a few buses into mahon. No formal reception - your keys might be in your apartment as indicated on the notice board and you have to find the lady who does the day after.
Review 31：wonderful location overlooking the sea. Large apartment with lots of cooking utensils. Very quiet location even somewhat isolated. Good for walking along the coastal paths and around the local lanes. Small pretty beach very close which might get crowded.
Review 32：Peaceful ambience close to beach. Local bars/supermarket and restaurant were all reasonable. Very quiet when we were there, but that is why we chose. Fab. Friendly management and although 16 villas in the complex, none are on top of each other. Yes, we will go again soon!
