Review 1：Staff does not speak estonian. How the aircond works?

Review 2：Clean, comfortable, good breakfast & buffet dinner. Meresuu special treatment for face and body is super!

Review 3：I was ripped off, they added charges to my bill from the restaurant which I did not make and when I queried them they just shrugged their shoulders and said I don't know. Worst customer service ever. Sad glum unhelpful rude staff. Absolutely worst hotel ever. Broken shower in room, broken door, bathroom flooded.

Review 5：Saunas are open on weekdays from 11 am, so on last day visitor can't actually enjoy saunas anymore. Food selection was average, no bacon on one day, 4 minute eggs were very soft (with part was liquid). Wifi connection was very poor, practically no coverage on 6th floor.

Review 11：We booked a twin room but it was made up as a double so we had to explain and change rooms. I like to be able to make a cup of tea in my room but there were no facilities. The bathroom layout was not good - no space to put 'sponge bags' and the shower curtain did not go to the floor. Breakfasts were ok but the food from the restaurant was ordinary.

Review 17：Amazing view from the room, great location, very tasty buffet supper (recommended!) and rich breakfast. Spa is very clean and comfortable, easy to visit with an infant. Hotel is close to the sea. It also has a beautiful fountain besides the entrance. Our requests (regarding the view and bathrobe) were kindly fulfilled. Will visit again!

Staff seems to change every year - young girls and boys are replaced by new young girls and boys - and therefore sometimes service leaves a bit to be desired.

Breakfast is average and prices have gone up a lot over last couple of years but the "spa" atmosphere and feel (including the way some of the staff interact with you) has gone down. In short you get the feeling it is a money-making enterprise and not much more.

Review 48：Don't expect and smile from no body over there. 7 swimming pools? I still looking for the 5 that did not see. If you are looking for relax time, you will go to the wrong place, the saunas, pool, jacuzzi and water area, are the most noisy place to be, it look like a public swimming pool, family party with children running, scrimping and the parent drinking. The sauna is 2 small that only 4 people can be comfortable. The WORST is the food, I booked for 5 days, 5 days we ate same breakfast, same lunch and same dinner,

There was no attention from waiters, because at the same time 2 weddings took place at hotel. Dinner was held in the conference room, because the only restaurant was rented for wedding. SPA center works on Fridays and Saturdays just until 21.00.

When noted that it is not polite not to say Hello due to your bad mood, staff replied with "it is my normal mood". Absolutely stupid.Breakfast isn't Scandinavian style> selection is too narrow for 180eur for junior suite. no machine-made coffe offered. "luxury" espresso machine in suite room has no manual: could not get coffe made as there was no note "wate 5 minutes for water to heat up" heated floors in our suite were OFF when we arrived. arrival time was stated on the booking, but it was still off when we came. again, they have no idea of what they do and why. tech condition: breakfast hall has 10-15% of light bulbs not working. in the spa: showers heads are either missing (tube hole instead) or dirty (water isn't sprayed in directions evenly but goes through several holes left) inability to think for customer value: -- I needed a cable to connect my laptop to TV -- reception immediately replied: "no, we don't have it" -- a minute later they did call some tech support and did return with same "no, we don't have cable" resume: I am sure they have meeting rooms with projectors and with cables to connect computers to projectors. bottom-line: staff does not care for customer value. grand bottom line: - don't go there, unless you are a Russian tourist with fat wallet and no understanding of for client value
