Review 1：The carpet in the room and the couches in reception and bar were extremely dirty!!, not sure about the bad, pillow was uncomfortable, the hotel is not close to the metro, there is no good restaurant nearby

Review 3：This isnt a dislike just more of a be prepared. English is quite limited so instructions and directions were hard to understand if you dont speak spanish.

Review 5：Noise and e only place I could get internet was middle of the hallway. I Wales five blocks to McDonalds to use theirs to do some work.

Review 9：Great location about 15 minutes outside Madrid by train. Railway station close by as are plenty of bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Altogether a great value for money hotel. Would most certainly recommend, particularly if you are travelling to or from the south of Spain (great stopover destination) or if you specifically want to visit Madrid.
Review 10：We choose this hotel for our weekend stay as it has a sauna ... to find out the sauna is only open at week days said the guy at the desk, very disappointing. No way the (non smoking) room at this hotel deserve 4 stars, 2-3 at the most. It has a small tv without international (news) channels, cigaret marks all over the room and bathroom to give it a dated impression. Other guests stayed up late or left early to wake us up cuz room door is not very sound proof. The hotel entrance by car is difficult to find as there is no clear indication or sign where to enter to park at the rear of the hotel (at 6 euros/day). All in all a disappointment and we won't go back.
Review 11：The price was good but all hotels in Torrejon had the same price level, we went for this one cuz it has a sauna ... but to find out it was not open in the weekend ...
Review 12：Lack of English Spoken by Night & Bar Staff. Failure of Hotel to notify that Credit Card used to pay for room was rejected as CC had different name to people booked in. Then having to pay cash up front for full stay on arrival at hotel depleted useable funds. Also on being advised on third day that Breakfast was extra at €12 a head caused a minor crisis of funds which was resolved. Breakfast was not value for money. We will probably not be staying there again. Hotel TV was supposed to have BBC and CNN channels, it did not. The shoe shine machine did not work either.
Review 13：Nice & Clean Room. Nice Bar. Overall standard was high. Cleaning by room maids was good and worthy of a €10 Tip that I left.
