Review 1：Reception start to work at 08:00 a.m. in Sunday. We have a burned-out light bulb in a bathroom and cold rooms when we had just came in the room, but light was fixed immediately and room got warm soon after changing heating rigging.
Review 2：Breakfast is good enough. It took a 30 minutes to get to Odense by bus. Bus station is located not far from the hotel. I highly recommend to use a local travel planner app for smartphone (Rejseplanen), which makes it easy is to travel in Denmark.
Review 3：The common areas and hallways needed to be cleaned. A little bit of a maze to get to the upstairs rooms.
Review 4：Great breakfast! Loved the selection of meats, cheeses, and preserves! The danish dinner was fantastic and the waiter/bar tender was a wonderful!

Review 6：Beautiful small city, bit of drive from Odense. Well located. Friendly service. Rooms were clean, warm. Nice restaurant with in the hotel but other options also available quite near.
Review 7：Breakfast was terrible. Not enough choices, old, very little of the few things they have. Replenishing of finished products was lacking. Person at front desk spoke very little English ( I can not understand how can you work in hospitality/tourism in a country like Denmark and NOT speak English. Attention to our daughter getting locked in our room -because the door handle was not functioning to begin with- was incredibly slow, had to ask twice to the front desk. Checking out was a hassle because we did not have a "Danish" credit card, since US cards are not pin and chip and not signature based. So it was a hassle almost to the point of the guy at front desk asking me to go to the ATM and take money out because he did not want to find out how to charge my card. Dirty hallways etc...
