Reviews for Emilio Hotel
Review 1:Don't take a taxi or any help from any tourguides as they will follow you into the hotel and not settle down until they sold you a tour. This is not the hotel's fault but the experience from meeting people in the streets pestering you for money bring the overall trip experience down. Seriously, you cannot even use a toilet without someone expecting a tip, and at the end I just wanted to get out. The hotel didn't have hit water the first night I was there but I probably took a shower too early. They have a nice pool which I didn't know about till I stumbled upon it during the last day.
Review 2:The location of the hotel is perfect. It is within comfotable walking distance from Luxor Train Station and very close to Luxor Temple. The staff is really friendly and theres a police guard present at all times. I would come back to this hotel just for the experience it offered as a whole.
Review 3:The hotel is a bit run-down but given the current context for tourism in Egypt one can hardly throw a blame for the lack of investment.
Review 4:Great location, right next to the Luxor temple. Very friendly staff, they let me check in very early in the morning as the hotel was not full and my room available. Rooms are plain and simple but serve the purpose if you'd rather spend your time exploring the city. The swimming pool on the rooftop is clean and gives a great view onto the city.
Review 5:Hotel quotes room rate in US dollar, so best to pay in US dollar. If you pay in other currencies, rate will not be in your favour (Egyptian Pound included).
Review 6:Clean, comfortable room. Good shower. Swimming pool, although water is a bit cold. All you can eat breakfast. View of Luxor temple and Nile River. Train station / ferry to West Bank / Luxor Museum are all within walking distance. Money exchange store is just around the corner.
Review 7:Actually was no cleaning .... Rooms are so bad .... Stuff was great ... But we had bad quality of services
Review 8:Nothing and prices in hotel high than you write in booking
