Review 1：We had a premium room, but it was hard to tell. It was tiny with a very small amount of space on one side of the bed-walking sideways only. The wardrobe was also tiny. It wasn't big enough for one person. This hotel charges for tap water if you're not all inclusive, which is given in small cups! Absurd. Half board doesn't include soft drinks with your meals. The late check out option is a farce. They had plenty of rooms available but told us they hadn't. Instead of allowing the late check out at €40 they wanted to charge another night at €110. A friend complained and got a room to shower in. I wouldn't return.

Review 2：The bed was comfortable and there was a good selection at breakfast. The waiting staff and cleaners were lovely. The terraces and lobby were lovely.

Review 3：Didn't like the other guests, its a 4 star hotel but doesn't discourage people who should be restricted to Benidorm. Trying to get a sunbed after 8:30 is near impossible, the hotel doesn't have enough sunbeds for everyone.

Review 5：I Liked everything about this hotel apart from the Wifi it was very poor in loads of areas of the hotel. I also did not like the way we queued every mornin for an hour for a sunbed but overall I would stay in your hotel again.

Review 8：Too many Lilos in the pool and Sun-Bed -Hoggers, saw so many sunbeds with towels on and no one sat there for hours- disapointing when you have been for a long walk and cant relax for a swim or rest in the sun.

Review 9：The location is superb, the hotel is very clean, slow service at bar at times but understandable with the volume of visitors, the staff are very happy to help with all manners of things from buses to shopping, the room has had a full refurb and was immaculate, very good for a prime position hotel. Plenty of Balcony Sea-view rooms, entertainment for late season was also very good, with good acts for everyone of all ages. Overall we had an excellent week and really enjoyed the stay here.

Review 10：Had to pay for wifi. 6 euros a day, and only available in public areas. On my last day I had to check out at 12pm and I ran to the shop at 10.30 and came back and there was a service man in my room for half an hour then a maid after when I really had to get ready for my flight. They should of went in after check out.

Review 12：Bottles of water only available at meal times in the restaurant, otherwise its a plastic cup of water from the bar, Coffee served in paper cups from the hours of 10.30am to 19.00. Many cocktails not included in all inclusive package, You have to pay for the safe in your room, long queues at the bar in the evening for a drink, More cleaning staff required for a more pristine appearence of public toilets and dining room floor.

Review 15：the location was ideal.Close to the beach and plenty of bar and restaurant in the location.A nice distance from the nightlife so you are away from the hustle and bustle to get a good nights sleep.

Review 18：I would have liked to have eaten some form of meat at breakfast, the only options were sausages and bacon and I do not eat pork. Maybe turkey bacon or fish fingers? Also I paid for wifi and it was very slow.

Review 19：The staff at Hawaii were very friendly, some having a great sense of humour. The rooms were spacious and clean with a beautiful view. Meal times were lovely, a variety of foods for all.

The way Reception stafftreat guests sets the pattern for the rest of the holiday. To be classedas 4 Star, the company should pay attention to the above comments.Finally, the hotel operates a stupid policy of serving cappuchinos inpokey small plastic cups in mid afternoon! What an insult. Every hotel Ihave stayed in from 3 stars to 5 stars, never ever have I been servedsuch. Always in a proper cup. Not 4 Star standard.

Review 21：Next to fantastic beach. Easy access to San Antonio. Good eatingfacilities nearby. Rooms comfortable. Food in hotel tasty and varied.Comfortable lounge area and excellent large terraces for sunbathing.Friendly, helpful and courteous hotel restaurant staff includingchambermaids. Bar staff were okay. No problems with them. Evenmaintenance staff were most helpful.

Review 22：Downsides: No sea view although requested. Staff at reception quite rude, handled the check in very badly as breakfast was booked and argued that booking.com did not confirm breakfast. Even when i presented the voucher, no apologies. Had to wait 40 mins for the room although arrived 45mins after check-in time. Again no word of regret, no voucher for a drink at the bar or anything. Offered I can "go to the bar and pay a drink".

Review 23：Plusses: New, very modern room and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Located directly at the beachfront. Very clean for a Spanish hotel and Ibiza in particular.

Review 26：Professional staff at reception explained with remarkable efficiency the extra charges, €6/day for wifi, €2/day for a pool towel. You have to pay for the whole stay upfront at check-in. Hotel caters mostly to middle-class British families and breakfast and bar food and drinks reflect this. Small pool relative to the size of the hotel, very crowded with too few loungers.

Review 27：Nice well-equipped and comfortable room with a nice view of the sea and town due to hotel's excellent waterfront location. Quiet, except for one Sunday when loud music was playing for hours on a platform near the hotel but this stopped at midnight. Convenient to public transportation. Staff was helpful answering my questions and gave me a free toothbrush and toothpaste kit.

Sounds to me that they was talking about us in spanish language.- misunderstanding with canteen policy (supper do not include water in menu if you do not have all inclusive package. - We booked one double bed but instead we got 4 single beds. After two days they changed it for better one.
