Review 1：In the end we throughly enjoyed our holiday However, the room we were given (as advertised) and asked for was not superior or with any view - unless you say looking directly into the restaurant a view (so you couldn't open your curtains and use your patio). The hotel is in fact two standards Corralejo Beech Hotel 2-3* the green coloured part has many rooms that have problems. Too noisy, no view or not private. When they moved us into the apartment part 4* - totally different and very pleased but the staff are not aware that the room you book is not the one you are expecting. We were not the only couple to be moved either. The advertisement on booking .com is misleading. But thankfully with the manager moving us - we did end having a great holiday.

Review 6：First of all, there are two hotels, an actual hotel and connected apartment building, with separate entrance, no reception or restaurant, or elevator. We ordered a room in hotel an got a "free" "upgrade" to an apartment in before mentioned building. Later we got the hotel room with the street view, instead of the pool view that I expected. The advertised parking is not available. The WiFi is only for a fee. Restaurant too small, food no more than decent. No sea view available, even though one can make different impression from the pictures provided. The staff didn't bother to be helpfull or smiling too much. The manager seemed to be nice, helped us with the room change, and then immediatelly "felt sorry for me" because I didn't like their "upgrade".

Review 7：Lots of dust, not 100% clean, blood/stains/ marks on the bed sheets. We paid extra for half board & the evening meals were pretty bad - we wouldn't have bothered had we known.. poor quality produce it was like a bad canteen.. no drinks - not even water was included in the price for half board. quantity and choice of coffee/tea in the room wasn't the best, bathroom a bit tired looking but functional.

Review 8：The location was good, very close to shops and the beach - which we loved! it was nice and quiet inside the rooms. beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious and well equipped , there was a hair dryer & fridge in the room and the balcony overlooked the pool, the shower was great, breakfasts were pretty good, reception staff were helpful and printed off our boarding passes for return flights.

Review 9：Old tired building, barely a 3 star, parking not available despite it being promoted as available on booking.com and on materials handed to me at check in. Mattress terrible, lift not working had to carry suitcases up flights of stairs, breakfast mediocre, wine not good, just felt really old and in need of a major renovation. Does not live up to a 4 star. The staff however was great.

Review 13：The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had room 109 which has a lovely side sea view from our bed and balcony. Our apartment was a decent size with settee and table, comfy bed & white linen. Location was perfect. Quiet but seconds from promenade and minutes from bars & restaurants. Varied continental breakfast of decent quality and taste. We were even given loan of a room to wash before we flew home. I can see that some rooms would have restricted view, and it is abit travel lodge ish but perfect for us for what we paid. Thank you staff at corralejo beach hotel we will be back.

Review 14：Dining area not kept clean therefore birds constantly pecking at the tables after your breakfast. Nothing open in evening to get a drink or coffee after returning from a meal out.

Review 19：It's close to the ocean, but not to the best beaches. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind. The breakfast and the dinners were delicious, except of the desserts.

Review 34：Reception desk: very efficient and friendly. I had booked the 'suite' with ocean view. The ocean view was really the best thing and had to make up for all you miss inside the suite. Although the appartment like room was spacious and clean and had a complete kitchen, it lacked every single bit of luxury feel and warmth you expect in such a hotel. No eye for detail. Paint falling off the front door, a loose door list, the bidette not flushing/working, a container on the wall with shampoo and bath foam in 1, a completely empty cupboard and big completely empty big fridge in the middle of the room....not even an apple, banana or flower and bottle of water to make you feel a bit welcome. Doors of the closet in the bathroom were loose as was the towel rack at the wall. Also the suite appartments are pretty separate from the actual hotel part. Not only a separate entrance, but also a wall of class that closes this part off from the hotel part. And at night....dark when you enter. No automatic light that switches on, again this does not give you the welcome back feeling. When I went to the rooftop terrace I found a dirty washing machine full of dust! On top of this you are also not encouraged to enjoy your breakfast here as they charge 9 euro seperately for this. Also no wifi in the room: you should pay extra for this. Even in about every 2** apartment complex they have free wifi in the rooms...this is so out of date! May facilities justify 4**** rating, but this is not a 4**** look and feel. And maybe one cannot expect more for this price, but then I rather stay in a 3 or 2** apartment where they have a more down to earth approach instead of giving up on these stars so much. I'd not return here, despite the nice people at the reception desk, sorry.

Review 38：Not much, it's nice. The beds could be more comfortable, pillows very flat. Baked on pigeon droppings on balcony. We had to ask for an iron, no ironing board. We had a suite which was basically had a seperate living area, but again pretty basic with bright lights in the room. Pretty minor, we didn't spent too much time in the room anyway - it's too good a location.

Review 39：This hotel is in the centre of Corralejo - literally right next to the beach. It couldn't get any more convenient. There's a lot of building work going on in the centre (April15) at present which means you need to park a little distance away if you're driving. The restaurants nearby are great try El Bravo Torro! Staff friendly.

Review 40：I was half board and the evening food selection is not that good. It's very repetitive if staying there for a week. There are lots of great restaurants on the doorstep. Breakfast though was great and is recommended.

Review 42：- noisy corridors and doors slamming at night. They advertise soundproof rooms in the description... nothing could be further from the truth. The fireproof doors slam even if you try not. Poor sleep once or twice due to poor soundproofing. I even heard the toilet roll being used next door! - room was small, much smaller than those shown in the photos - those rooms are the largest rooms they have (extra cost) - a few pidgeons seem to be fond of the place, particularly our balcony, they could do with being dealt with.

Review 43：- staff are all very pleasant - great location - right in centre of town. Very convenient for shops and restaurants and local beaches. - salad at dinner was very good. Hot mains were not always to my taste though. - breakfast was good and quickly restocked - fridge in room was handy

Review 45：The location of this hotel was the best bit. Walk out of reception to the right and you are by the sea and the beach. Walk to the left and you are on the shopping area/strip. No trekking to the beach each day. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in this hotel and resort. Perfect for chilling out.

Review 58：This hotel deserves 3.5 stars, but has the potential for 4. The dining room serves a reasonable buffet breakfast. The pool-bar serves good snacks and drinks, but the staff are split between their kitchen duties, and keeping service at the pool-bar. Evening meals are limited in choice and standard, and there's only one dining room. For a four star hotel grading it should be a better standard, and better presented. However, all staff are pleasant.

Review 59：Reception - efficient and helpful. Room service - very inconsistent. Towels always changed, but balcony not always swept, and pidgeons constantly trying to nest, on one occasion egg laid! Towels sometimes fancy folded, and sometimes not. Tea+coffee never replaced without asking, waiting 2 days sometimes. In the end went to the supermarket, after the 3rd request. No info about room service, though washing ironing service is, in fact, very good.

Review 64：The aircon did not work properly, terrible pillows, no hot water for over 24 hours and they did not want to move us. Rude and unhelpful staff when we complained about the fact that there was no hot water. Eventually moved us to another room (and gave us a bottle of cava as an apology which was nice) after speaking to reception about 10 times but the aircon did not work in the new room so it was roasting hot. I would not recommend this hotel...

The standard of the food was very poor and no way in relation to the food is this hotel a 4 star more likely a 2 star at best. If your choice of food is salad,salad and more salad then you may be ok. Suffice to say my wife and I have no intention whatsoever of ever returning to this hotel

Review 69：Checked in to the hotel on 05/11/14 and the reception staff were very good the room was facing the main road and was quite noisy at night time, after 1night of restless sleep spoke to reception on the Thurs eve about a move of room and were requested to return the next morn which we did and were given the option of another room which was on the side of the hotel and had a partial sea view, at night this room was very much quieter. Top work by reception staff. The waiting staff and bar staff were excellent, polite and friendly
