Review 1：My room was right over the air-conditioning unit, so it hummed all night and rather spoilt the effect of listening to the ocean.

Review 3：Bad parking, even the private. Dark, open space where we would not leave the car. You might be able to make a deal with nearby Playafells that has a closed parking hall.

Review 7：We felt the breakfast service was not good. Quite often no coffee cups or machine empty or not working. Orange juice was powdery. This was the only meal that was not up to the Bel Air standard. We had quests for dinner which was excellent. The staff were all lovely.

Review 9：cool reception on arrival, couldn't access room until 2.30. No mention of this when email sent re time of arrival. Facilities difficult to access as many private bookings going ahead. Room seemed to be infested with biting ants. This was our 2nd visit, 1st visit faultless, but this visit very disappointing as staff seemed preoccupied by other issues. Will not be returning

Review 11：We loved our stay at Bel Air! The hotel was beautiful and the room was great! Restaurants were within walking distance and our the hotel is right on the beach. Very impressed with how helpful the staff was with baby accommodations and coordinating transportation. We're already planning our next trip there!

Review 12：Wifi wasn't working while we were there - quite nice to escape, but also a bit annoying! A bit noisy at night sometimes with the bar below, but that actually added to the atmosphere at times.

Review 19：Fantastic hotel - it's very clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are a good size, the bathroom was clean and with enough space, the balconies are well proportioned. We got a room with a sea view and the view from our room and the balcony was superb! The view from the rooms that do not face the sea is not bad either - as the hotel as a small garden with palm trees there, and the swimming pool. The swimming pool area is very quiet, as the hotel is practically on the beach and most people go to the beach, but we used the swimming pool for swimming every day and it was clean. There are towels conveniently provided for the swimming pool area. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the blinds were quite effective at blocking the heat as well. The people working here are friendly and helpful. The hotel has plenty of restaurants around (check restaurant Amar, it's delicious!) and there is also a mini-market a small distance away. The bus stop that takes you to Barcelona is steps away - and a trip to Barcelona will cost you only a euro or two. This hotel offers very good value for the money. This is our second year getting a room with a sea view at Bel Air, and we will come again.

Review 20：- Bathroom mold - looked nasty and dirty (no ventilation in bathroom of any kind) - wi-fi didn't work in room, worked only in lobby.

Review 32：We went to hotel about 6 pm and asked for the price but the price is more expensive than booking.com. So we decided to book the room from booking.com I come back to the hotel again with booking itinerary. The staff check up and gave us the key card. When we git in the room we really up set. The room is no view. No bacony. Only small window. And we dont want to pay some money to upgrate the room. On that day the hotel is not full. We choose you because we want to stay on grate room not this kind of room that you gave us.

Review 33：It is very difficult to reach from Barcelona or the airport by public transport. Be ready to pay 30 euros on a cab. When I asked the hotel for advices on how to get there from Barcelona they could not advice me. Quite disappointing

Review 45：The property needs a makeover, the beds could be more comfortable (split in the middle), the cleaning could be better - they cleaned the room but tend not to replace toiletries (failed twice to do so). The closure of glass door leading to the balcony was defective and the door couldn't close properly.

Review 51：Overall I rarely complain but I was disappointed with the hotel. I always book 4star hitels for business and requested a double bed, got a twin. Power cut for an hour in the morning too. Not impressed and would value a refund for future stays as I will be working a lot in castelldefels and require a hotel for 2 months. I like the hotel overall but didn't enjoy this stay

Review 52：- no water cooker or drinking water in the room, even 3 star hotels in the area offer this - there is no way to switch off the light on your balcony or at least to dim it, its part of "estetic". seems that your designer decisions are more important to you than comfort of your guests! - poor overpriced breakfast
