Reviews for Hotel Europa

Review 1:parking in basement (garage) was a bit dark could have had better lighting.

Review 2:very central city hotel easy to find from main road, very clean & comfortable, very good if traveling with a dog as there is a park within 1 minute walk from hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, food good and very reasonably priced, would certainly stop there again.

Review 3:Balcony very small and looked onto a brick wall.

Review 4:Good location near to a brilliant bar called Indiano where they played good music and served a lovely breakfast really cheap.

Review 5:Brick wall for a view Cigarette butt found in bathroom! Bed very hard& creaky Lighting a bit dim and depressing Very thin walls - I couldhear the man next door snoring, toilet flushing etc. Not enough tablesavailable at breakfast meaning I had to share with someone else. Servicewas exceptionally slow

Review 6:Easy to find Good underground parking Rooms large Friendly receptionistGood wifi in rooms

Review 7:Unfortunately, Albacete itself does not have very much to see, but this hotel is perfect for an overnight stay.

Review 8:The hotel was centrally located. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had a separate toilet within which is unusual. Full range of Toiletries including pairs of little slippers to put on when you come out of the shower. Very good size TV and two confortable chairs to sit on and enjoy the view which was nice. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money overall.

Review 9:The man on reception was very pleasant and when we said we were not staying for breakfast immediately credited us also the underground parking was very convenient

Review 10:A little noisy, but to be expected in a town centre hotel. Not the best room (no balcony and at the back) but we only booked for one night so not a problem.

Review 11:Central location, within easy walking distance of the town centre. Large comfortable room and bathroom. Good choice at breakfast, buffet replenished regularly. Secure parking beneatht the hotel.

Review 12:Only Spanish TV available. Poor English from most desk staff. Slow to respond to request for an additional pillow. Yet again, lots of noise from some guests which disturbed our sleep. No attempt by hotel to deal with these unruly guests. On departure, we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay. In essence the manager needs a re training course.

Review 13:Large room with good bathroom. Very clean and delightful cleaning staff. Excellent bed.

Review 14:Window onto screen with no natural light. WiFi poor.

Review 15:Large comfortable well equipped room with bathtub. Situated between station and city centre.

Review 16:Normal 3 star hotel. The garage is a big +. Pleasant staff. Normalny 3 gwiazdkowy hotel. Garaż jest dużym +. Miły personel.

Review 17:Warm milk with breakfast tea

Review 30:the staff were very good nothing was a problem, the food was very good as we ate in the hotel and it was very clean

Review 31:Nothing

Review 32:Friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Good food at reasonable prices. We were there on a Sunday and found that Albacete definitely sleeps on that day of the week

Review 33:We asked for extra pillows which did not arrive. Sound travels loud and far in the building. Ear plugs recommended.

Review 34:Great location. Good facilities and nice large room with comfy bed. Great value for the money.

Review 35:Balcony view left a lot to be desired, overlooking a litter covered roofand facing a blank wall.

Review 36:Location very central to bars, restaurants and shop. Convenientunderground parking at hotel.

Review 37:One of the beds creaked. What we particularly did not like was breakfast. Nothing to eat, not even coffee, on first day. no waiter/waitress to be seen anywhere. A horrible plastic over the table cloth. Very slow cleaning service of tables. 0 points, and fewer if possible, for breakfast service.

Review 38:The spacious room and bathroom.

Review 39:Apparently they lock the outside door at 2am. I was in town for the Feria--an evening and all night festival that is still going on (early September). I arrived back at the hotel pretty early, at 2am, since I was travelling alone, and I happened to (seemingly by the grace of God) get there at the exact moment the man at the front desk was locking the door. I shudder to think what I would have experienced had I been a few minutes later! Make sure you ask them when they lock the doors! I couldn't believe it, especially during the Feria.

Review 40:It was centrally located and a decent price. Easily accessible in taxi from the bus station.

Review 41:The hotel is a very popular venue for weddings, in fact there were five wedding receptions in the hotel on the Saturday afternoon. This did cause us a real problem, with the misbehaviour of many of the children. Some were playing football in the corridors and others were making a great deal of noise and deliberately banging on doors. When we reported the problem to a member of reception staff, he immediately went to one of the rooms and spoke to the parents, but it did not make a lot of difference, because other children also started playing in the corridors. It is recommended that hotel management should insert a clause into contracts limiting guests attending such functions to the appropriate rooms and prohibiting use of corridors as play areas. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Review 42:Staff were welcoming. Location was very good, and the very large on-site, underground car park was a real bonus. Breakfast was adequate, and typically Spanish.

Review 43:The breakfast was very disappointing.

Review 44:The location was ideal for our trip, halfway between the city centre andthe train station. The room was spacious and clean.

Review 45:Restaurants food was only average.

Review 46:Good location, garage facilities excellent. Room and bathroom were large with separate toilet.

Review 47:Thin walls, shortage of chairs, hangers. Impossibility to iron even T shirt.
