Review 1：The area was mainly closed down but that's Ibiza in the autumn..It was time of year that we went everything is closing for the winter.

Review 3：The rooms were pretty basic our TV jacuzzi bath and safe didn't work we only really reported the safe and they said the maintenance man would come but he never did.

Review 11：The hotel was not very well maintained and the staff were completely unsympathetic to our requests. Prior to booking, we emailed the hotel and requested a double bed and a sea view. We were given two single beds and a view of the car park. When we spoke to the staff about this, their response was "Yes well everybody requests this......" They took the payment on arrival and were not interested when they had our money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it is HOSTEL standard at hotel prices!!!

Review 13：Everything.Good value for money.I stay here nearly every year sometimes twice and can honestly say I've never had any problems.Only the air con in July but it was 38degrees!lol.Food has always been good and always something to eat.Staff are great too.Deffo will be returning.
Review 14：Music around the pool area was too loud for during the day - could be heard in the rooms with all the doors shut. If you wanted an afternoon nap it wasn't going to happen. Music in the evening was too loud - had to shout to hear the person sitting next to you!
Review 15：Absolutely love the location, not in the center of town but easily accessed by Taxi Boat every half hour straight from the hotel. Staff are very friendly and always available to help. Activities by the pool everyday are always a sure way to meet people and have fun. Evening entertainment was different each night and suited all tastes
Review 16：What an amazing hotel. We reached him uncomfortable because the relative price all inclusive! The accommodating attitude of the staff, the maids of the receptionists, the cooks. Review 18：The location of the hotel was perfect for us! Beach right outside where you can take your all inclusive drinks onto. Also can get the water taxi to San Antonio for only €2.50 per person. Shops and bars are just minutes away too. Free wifi was great! The food was amazing too! Plenty of choice and different every day.

Review 21：We are just back from an amazing first time holiday in Ibizia. Hotel Remo was such a great place to stay. The staff were absolutely lovely. So helpful and friendly. We asked to switch our room to an ocean view which they did, they fed and watered us ( we chose the all inclusive package - great value for money) and they provided us with any help we needed on the island clubbing scene.
Review 22：The staff are very rude to young people, I was asked to leave the hotel because they said I wasn't a guest their. Even though I had my all inclusive band on. They marched me passed everyone at the pool to reception, where the receptionist confirmed I was a guest ! Totally embarrassing !

Review 28：very poor staff experience especially omar at reception was extremely rude. even for their own mistake, behaved like an arrogant owner and misbehaved. I would have complained to Ibiza authorities of this and other staff at reception. First time in 200+ hotels stay across the world that I have been treated so badly by anyone, especially when I am paying for the stay!!

Review 30：There were a few things that made our stay uncomfortable: 1. The A/C just wasn't effective. In the summer heat, the room was unbearable. After multiple requests at the reception, someone came and looked at it, but couldn't do anything about it. And yes, the balcony door was closed. 2. The DJ/MC was too loud, and started very early.

Review 40：We stayed here for 9 nights in June 2015. We went all inclusive which was not too expensive and was great as you didn't have the hassle of going out looking for restaurants to eat. Food was lovely always had loads of optiond. Room was cleaned everyday and the cleaners were not waking you up really early which was great.There is a small strip of bars outside the hotel which was handy if you didnt wana trot over to San Antonio. It also had water taxi, water sports and a quiet Beach on the doorstep All in: GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOTEL FOR ALL AGES AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Review 43：We like this Hotel as it is close to many of what San Antonio Has to offer. Getting to the West End and Bus station is easy via Cab based opposite the Hotel, or Water Taxi to the Rear. The Beach directly behind the Hotel is nice and clean, and the Near by Bars are good for Food, Drink and nightlife until 5am

Review 48：The location was spot on, right where we wanted to be to easily get to bars, and because it's right next to the beach you can nip between the pool and the sea no problem. Rooms were spacious and clean and staff friendly enough. Ideal for groups wanting to get sunshine in the day, make good use of the all inclusive and head out drinking and dancing at night.
Review 49：The downside in our opinion was the continual noise from the animation team whose purpose seems to be make noise i.e constant music played not at 10 but just above that so the music was distorted and was unbearable! This started at 10am and basically ended at 11.15pm everyday,we couldnt stay by the pool due to the music plus the chap on the microphone who managed to be louder than the music with a constant durge of sayings such as 'put your hands in the air like you just dont care' and he obviously didn't care about how he came across atall .the animation team needs to realize that there customer base are families and not the party goers from across the bay.last year there was no noise just peace and quiet so god knows why they have decided to introduce noise as a feature of this hotel.

Review 53：TV was like sticking your phone to the wall, but I suppose you don't pay to go on holiday to watch TV. Although the area was not loud, quite a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. I'm a heavy sleeper so it doesn't bother me much. Wouldn't have liked to have been a meat eater - chicken looked pink.
Review 54：Had a pool/sea view room. Breathtaking! Bed was comfier than most, room and bathroom very clean. Furniture a bit out dated, but for the money you can't complain. Stayed in mid-May. Perfect time before weather got too hot and before hotel got too crowded. Lots of options for vegetarians (veggie lasagne, fresh fruit, stir fried veg, battered aubergine/cauliflower, pastas and broccoli and carrots and fresh salad items) menu rotated around quite a vast selection. Staff excellent, friendly, Bobby from the entertainment team was brilliant, a great laugh and worked very hard to get everyone involved and enjoying themselves.

Review 61：Niggly things like the music round the pool area very loud all day up to 11pm at night. No escape from it as its in the hotel bar area too. Same music over and over again. Bar closes at 11pm. We arrived at the hotel on our first day at 1045pm. There was no food other than a sandwich available for us (it was not the best) Dinner in the restaurant only opens at 7pm so we were often starving by the time it opened. The womens toilet located in the bar area never had any soap or means to dry your hands.

It was clean and the food was excellent, different choices every night and something for everyone. The hotel and food staff were very helpful and the bar staff (Fernando and franchesca and the other guy were great fun) Even the lifeguard was very chatty and welcoming. Would definately recommend this hotel. We came just before season opening and was still quite lively :)
Review 71：We went 21st-28th April so it was out of season which we knew most things would be closed but we was not made aware of all the maintainence that would be happening directly next to our hotel from 9am until 7pm everyday and emptying the sewers causing a pewtrid smell all day.

All inclusive drinks finished at 11 pm felt intimidated by luck lucky men and women hanging around the hotel gate to beach not very nice people. Only a few shops open at this time and no other hotels in area open building work at next hotel very noisy and lorries emptying sewerage took 3 hours on two occasions not a nice smell when sunbathing !

Brilliant location, even though it was not seasonal time, we still had a bar right opposite the hotel which was open until late, local shops and restaurants. Rooms were very clean, beds really comfortable and excellent shower. Our rooms overlooked the sea, stunning views. Excellent food, we were given lunch on the day of departure as we had missed dinner the night we arrived.
Review 76：Sleep quality was not as good as it should have been as 95% of the hotel had been taken over by "University Ibiza 2015" so these 18-25 year old Spaniards wanted to stay up at night talking and listening to music and sleep during the day. This was an issue for some people who decided to change hotels to get away from the noise. We stuck it out as it was ok after 2am.

Review 84：I was dubious about this hotel as it looked dated when we booked,however, the rooms are clean and fresh, cleaned and towels changed dailyif required and the cleaners will clean layer if you want a lay in. Therooms are air conditions and very little noise. We went all inclusiveand there was a good choice of food at all meals don't think we hadthe same meal twice. The all inclusive stops at 11pm. This hotel is awayfrom the main bars in San Antonio Bay but it is an easy flat walk eitheralong the beach or along the road takes about 25 minutes. There is alsoa water taxis right by this hotel that costs 2.50 euros.
Review 85：Pool is small and cold due to being in the shade much of the day. Less of a bargain in peak summer (as with most of the hotels on the island). Walls are thin so if you're unlucky enough to have poor neighbours (mine were fine to be fair) you'll be able to hear them through the night.
Review 86：Location was handy for San Antonio nightlife of both the loud and less loud types. Decent car parking (though may be a push in peak season) and easy access to local buses and taxis. Rooms were comfortable and pleasantly decorated - think Premier Inn in the UK. Food and drink on AI was adequate (nothing spectacular but right at the price level) and staff were helpful, and cheerful if not super friendly. Out of season (i.e. late May and late September) it's a bargain.

Review 100：During check in staff will trick you to fill in a circular, not mandatory, card with your contact details so they can spam you with future advertisements. When you ask if it’s really needed to fill this extra card, they say yes even though you can read in small letters on the card it’s optional.Staff will also force you to wear a "plastic bracelet" to show you are hotel guest, even if you are not an all-inclusive guest.The small 3-person elevator, when moving, is making squeaking and rattling sound as if it’s going to break down and fall any second. The Room itself had beautiful sea view, but furniture was torn down and even though the room was cleaned I could count to more than 100 black hairs all over the room and bathroom.The room pictures from Booking.com seem to be at least 10 years old. Air condition was very weak and lowered the in room temperature by 1-2 degrees at most. There were two ant trails in our room – one on the floor close to the bed and one on the wall next to the TV.Beds are extremely uncomfortable and made our necks and backs hurt so much after the third night that you rather stand up then lie in the bed.In the bathroom the water only trickled from the faucet and it didn’t matter how much you tried to open the tap. Also it didn’t matter if you choose cold or hot water, in the beginning it was cold and later it was burning hot and not possible to get it cold again.The shower water pressure was good, but water temperature was not consistent and oscillated between too hot and too cold all the time even if you set a fix water temperature mix. At night there were a lot of shouting and screaming from other guests, and also weird sounds of furniture moving. The door to the room is so thin that you hear everything from the corridor. Sometimes you wake up and wonder if the noisy guests are in or outside your room. In one morning there were blood trails from someone’s broken foot found on the tiles in the corridor.
