Review 1：- The hotel is very old, absolutely not the same as shown in the pics. - No hot water at all in the bathrooms, we traveled with small kids in winters and were in a desperate need for hot water but the manager kept telling lies to arrange the hot water. - There are no restaurants near by the hotel, one needs to go all the way to the Khalid bin waleed street for the quality food. - The kitchen was so stinky plz dont ask them for any meal. - The breakfast was just average and was served cold to us.

Review 2：- It was located near the Karnak Temple which is located at a walking distance of 15 min. - There are few local fruit and grocery shops near by the hotel.

Review 3：The staff is very nice and go out of their way to assist. Most speak English, but if they don't they will connect with someone that does to assist you. The pool is nice, and the courtyard is relaxing. The food was awesome and fairly priced. Furnishings are a bit out of date, but overall, awesome value for the money.

Review 5：The Karnak Hotel is situated in Karnak City away from the regular tourist traps of taxis and caleche drivers. Quiet and friendly with a view of the mountains on the west bank. The rooms are clean and well provided. Wireless internet access in the rooms was good, but it would be nice if that could be extended to the spacious garden with its crystal clear pool.The staff are amazingly friendly and it seems that nothing is too much trouble. From a cost point of view it is fabulous value, however it is only a three star hotel, so don't expect the Ritz. I loved its closeness to Karnak and was happy to walk there each morning (5 to 10 minutes) amidst the chaos that is an Egyptian high street. I really enjoyed the feeling of living in the community as opposed to being an "outside tourist". I will definitely return.

Review 9：Very noisy from the street and the cafe/restaurant across the street which closes at 2.30 am. Try to get a room to the backyard. can't pay with credit card.

Review 11：I don't recommend this hotel. It is not 5min walking distance from the Karnak Temple but rather 20min and you need another 20-30min to reach the city center (luxor temple). The breakfast was served with pre-prepared plates that were not even clean. The wifi exists but there was no internet. The room was fine but the cupboard were broken and the shower not so good.

Review 12：I think as usual in most of the hotels in Egypt they are not as you look on the internet. Their facilities are not well take care. For the same rate in Europe you will get a 5 time better hostel. The life standard in Egypt is lot cheaper than in Europe so I can not understand why the charge what they do and not give you a decent service and facilities. We had no hot water the two nights that we were there.

Review 14：The location is a few minutes walk to Karnak Temple. Local people very nice and helpful. Hotel was spotless. Big room over looking garden. Staff respectful, friendly , polite, helpful. food good. cost excellent. will stay there again.

Review 15：I did not like having no hot water at all... we did not shower until the 3rd day and then still had to endure a cold shower.. It was winter so yes, no hot water was a big disapointment.
