Review 1：Everything about the place the food was excellent the staff and i have to mention Mario in the playa bar you would sit and watch him all night throwing the ice up in the air and catching it in the glass he made time for everyone i hope the company are paying him well .The whole place is a credit to everyone involved .We were to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 5 we were sad to have to leave.

Review 2：Had a 2 bedroom suite. Smaller than expected, cold at night in one of the bedrooms. Other bedroom had no door, this is part of the design but was annoying for us. Bathroom set between bedrooms, hence 2 doors, means you need to lock both, one door had a broken lock inducing much shouting by people of all ages 'don't come in!' Can get quite busy around the pools!

Review 3：Great location, easy to walk into corralejo or coco beach and only €5 in a taxi to the sand dunes. Good Kids Club, spa with very good sports and beauty massages, several pools inc one for adults only and a superb one for toddlers. Constant snacks & drinks so you & your child never have to wait til official meal times.

Review 4：- The nearby beach (Coco Beach) is rather unusable, but there are nicer beaches in a few minutes walk - Our door to the bathroom would not close (broken handle), we had to stick a piece of paper into the door. Went to the reception, asked to fix it, they wrote it down into a journal, nothing ever happened - At some point the room had not been cleaned for two days in a row, even though we weren't in the room during the day, neither we had a "do not disturb sign" or anything. Asked on reception, they said that must have been misunderstanding and the next day the room would be cleaned up early in the morning. It did eventually happen, but was rather late in the evening. Granted, it was a pre-Christmas time, so I imagine there might have been a mess with the personnel being away etc.

Review 5：- Great hotel area: very nice garden inside, children playground, several swimming pools. - Nice location: great bicycle rental and a supermarket right near the hotel, the nature park with sand dunes, all the shopping is not too far away either (e.g. Las Palmeras shopping center in 10 minutes walk) - There were two rooms in the apartment, great when you are with a kid - The food was generally good

Review 8：Rooms need upgrading, some furniture chipped and old, bathroom looked tired. No duvets on the beds - cover and sheets not comfortable. For the price paid I didn't think it was good enough - if the price had been lower then not so much of a problem. Couldn't smell any chlorine in the swimming pool at all, so not sure how clean it was? Guests were reserving sun beds with towels near the pool area; even though here was a sign saying this was forbidden it was not prevented by anyone.

Review 9：Size of room good. Staff absolutely excellent throughout the resort, couldn't do enough for you. Very nice layout of resort, lots of swimming pools, animation team very very good. Lots of food, good variety. Resort located right next to seaside, easy to walk into town.

Review 10：We saw a mouse in our room so complained to the staff. All they offered was they sent a cleaner with a pesticide. We slept in the same room that day. Next day after we came back from the beach,the mouse (almost dead) was on the bed(photo attached).we then asked for a different room and they offered us a room with 2 single beds for a couple!!! Bed service. Also,we being vegetarian, there was just plain boiled rice and boiled vegetables.when asked about it, they said there is salad. But you can't just eat salad specially when you have a little kid who is also vegetarian.they just made some vegetarian dish for us one day but nothing other that.Felt cheated as we pay the same amount of money as anyone eating meat for "all inclusive" but then we dont get our money's worth. I feel like asking for a refund. So if are ok with mouse in your room and are not vegetarian you can try this place!!! Good luck!!

Review 12：Rooms were a little outdated & can be quiet noisy at night as people only seem to move furniture around gone midnight. Otherwise a fairly comfortable room. Building site view oppersite the main pool. But work stopped on this site approx 2 years ago. Wifi was intermittent. Sign by pools states "No Sunbeds Can Be Reserved" but every morning before sunrise, prime spots had towels over them.

Review 19：Just got back after a well needed week away and this hotel ticked all the boxes. Receptionist was great and the upgrade to the premium club was both unexpected and welcome. The food was plentiful, varied and tasty. All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful, especially Karen in the premium bar who was lovely and made us very welcome. Evening entertainment, although geared to families, was great fun and the entertainment staff worked very hard.

Review 20：The bad service at The reception: no reaction when We complain - We asked for a big double bed and We had to simple beds instead. No welcome water bottles, no reaction for my girlfriend's birthday. Even if It's a all inclusive, Keep your Wallet near you - you Will Need it for the apero (no snack between 5pm and 7pm.), tennis Is 8€/h + 2€ for the balls + 2€ for The light - It's not free as mentionned in booking and on their web site. And if you show their own web site to the reception they Will Tell you that This Is not their website Even if This is the adress showed on their card visit and that's the fault of booking.com. Poor Beach With rocks and you have to rent the transat. Bad wifi - but like the philospohy of the hotel - no reaction about that despite all the previous comments of the customers. They asked for feed-back but they do nothing With it.

Review 22：I am not that found of Buffet food, the food all seemed to be much the same each night. The option of an A La Carte restaurant would be great. Wifi did not work very well in the rooms, but accessible in the main areas.

Review 23：My husband and I were there with our 2 girls aged 14 & 11, the kids both enjoyed the activities, water polo, volleyball, table tennis, football competitions. The staff that ran the activities were great, very friendly and always happy. They also performed in the evening shows at the resort, which were great, especially liked the Grease performance. The kids enjoyed the buffet, 3 of us are gluten free and they made sure there was gluten free food available to us. It was only a short walk to the beach and restaurants, (about 10 mins). It is within walking distance to the water park, which both kids enjoyed.

Review 27：The pools were too cold (23°C), too small, and far too cramped. Housekeeping would come at any time. The local beach is not one you would want to visit, and the town has nothing to offer either. Sand dunes to the south are lovely though.

Review 34：The staff are a total credit to this hotel, even when busy you always get a smile and a laugh from the bar staff. Animation team happy and always say hello and even the cleaners say 'hola' when they see you. The whole hotel just had a friendly vibe. Always found something nice to eat and the drinks were generous, had some lovely cocktails in the adults only bar Eldorado.

Review 37：That we had to leave. It was all perfect. Though the breakfast was a little repetitive after a couple of days, but that is a only a minor thing. The hotel is a little outside of the shopping area, if you like to go for a stroll in the evening count 15-20 mins walk to the high street.

Review 38：Very well equipped for travelling with small children. Parking was easy to find, there is a Superdino just in front of the hotel. Drive to the sand dunes was 5 mins, excellent beaches. Wi-fi was better than in other reviews, though we had to login quite frequently. The room and facilities are as described and on the photos, the meals were delicious with local specialties for each meal. We will return.

Review 39：The gym needs modernising to the latest equipment and more choice of weights and perhaps a rowing machine. I did miss the complimentary regular bus service to and from La Olivia beach which is nicer than Cocoa Beach in my opinion.

Review 40：Close to the town but not too close for noise, the buffet food was excellent and a great choice for everyone's dietary requirements. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. An adult only section of the resort and pool were perfect for some quiet relaxation time.

Review 44：Who said that the Germans were bad for putting towels on sun loungers ? The British were up at the crack of dawn every day claiming their rights to premium poolside areas. I am ashamed - for those of you who found your towels in the bottom of the pool one morning it was me !!

Review 45：The hotel reception staff were responsive and friendly. The family suite (2+2) was ideal with bathroom (set in between) access from both bedrooms. The suite was cleaned and tidied every day to a high standard. The gardens were kept well. Plenty of great food choice in all the restaurants / grills and a selection of premium drinks for all inclusive. Kids entertainment great for the little ones and some of the bigger ones !

Review 46：Food was pretty rubbish with no snacks available during the day. The bed was pretty uncomfortable but the room cleaned well. All of the "extras" like spa and activities aren't actually part of the resort so difficult to book and a little less convenient to pay. Terrible wifi!! Overall you get what you pay for - good enough for lazing by the pool all day with endless cocktails.

Review 47：Resort itself is nice enough, you get what you pay for. Nice and quiet in the adults "premium" section with its own pool and bar. Breakfast was the only decent meal.

The hotel was very clean, food was fabulous with various themes through the two weeks, plenty of activities throughout the day and evening and positioned really well across the road from the small beach offering water sports. The Entertainment team (Animation) and bar staff were first class and worked really hard to keep everyone who wanted to be involved happy. We used the Adult pool area, which was excellent for us as our children are over 18.

Review 55：We had a honey moon and on our arrival hotel prepared surprise - there were fruits and bottle of Cava in our room. It was very pleasant. Our room was spacious and cosy. Exeptional Gaudi restaurant. There was everyday different and very tasty food. Hotel has a free parking. Cleaning was just perfect.

Review 62：The large double bed was very hard, like sleeping on a floor. The room where the nightly shows are held is terrible, dark and hard plastic chairs which are fused together in rows. This part of the complex needs big improvement.

But also a great family hotel with lots of activities going on. Communal areas were clean and had well kept gardens. Location was a 15 minute stroll along the coast to the main town of Correlejo. Rooms were spacious. I went all inclusive which was great value for money for any traveller.

Review 75：The only comment I would make is that there is no door onto the main bedroom which offered no privacy. There was also no lock on the bathroom door. I think a screen should be provided at the very least.

Review 76：This truly is a family hotel. All of the family enjoyed the activities, the accommodation and the food. With 2 teenagers I worried that the holiday may not meet their needs, it more than met their needs and they didn't want to leave. The staff (every single one) was polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were clean and comfortable.

Review 80：We liked the range of pools, so the kids had somewhere different to play each day. Kids club was well organised and safe, as an over protective parent I was happy to leave them in the care of the staff there. Food was plentiful and good for mass catering

Review 81：Beach is not the nicest and at short distance and the ghost hotel scares at the entrance to the town. However there are amazing beaches on the way to the town with lots of parking spaces by the road (couple of miles before getting into the town) or in Lobos Island which is 20 min away by boat.

Review 82：The apartment complex was clean and very well maintained. Beautiful plants around and plenty of space to relax. Helpful staff was great and we even received good bye gift with personal thank you letter. I thought I booked HB but it turned out to be AI. WOW! It made up for the ghost hotel in the neighborhood. Walk to the beach was 5-10 min. The patch by the beach not suitable for a buggy. Wifi in the room excellent. Food was really good and really wide choice. Especially lamb shank, salmon and beef were mouthwatering. Dinner was accompanied by choice of 7-8 freshly made smoothies. We had fantastic time.

Was he looking for an argument or just an idiot, only he knows I'm 63 years of age and have no children. and ,think i'm an ADULT

Review 101：The internet connection was a pain. Always had to be resign-in and expired after a week. It was very cold, strong cold winds and low night temperature, at the last week of January and first week of February and there was no heating at all in the suite.

Review 103：The food wasn't good and very much the same every day. The room was cramped for a family with older children and the central bathroom did not work with stiff and rickety sliding doors. All the bars were outside based so during our Christmas stay it was freezing so we ended up watching DVD's in our room most nights or going into town! Not what you want when you've paid for an all inclusive
