Review 2：This is our 4th stay. We use it when going to and from UK, as its only 20mins from border we only need one night in Expensive France. Great small hotel with excellent restaurant and secure underground parking.

Review 3：Modern hotel very easy to find. 15 mins walk to centre with Dali museum, shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Lovely clean, large, modern room. Slept 3 in 3 singles and additional pull out avail if nec.

Review 6：The remodeling of the bathrooms is terrible. I bet it was done by a male designer and approved also by a male. The old ones were much more confortable and the installation of bidets totalmente necessary. The new shower and tub enclosers are demential. They don't close entirely the space and the floor gets floded with water during use. This is very dangerous specially for children and old people as the floor gets very slippery.

Review 13：I made a mistake on my booking dates. They were marvelous. They changed our booking without any problem. This is a four star hotel masquerading as a three star hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone to stay there.

Review 14：We had lost our universal plug; while staff tried to help, no one could suggest where to replace it, though we did find electronic & other stores where we got help when we went downtown. Woman at front desk seemed a bit frazzled.

Review 16：Air conditioning didn't work during our stay. Hopefully, the fresh evening breeze after a hot day brought us some cool air. Lack of a small fridge in the bedroom, which would be a "must".

Review 17：It was my second stay in this hotel, with the same assessment: pleasant hotel, friendly and efficient staff, excellent breakfast, good restaurant, and the hotel is close to everything (Dali museum, shopping and supermarkets, highway to Barcelona and French border, city center, beaches, Pyrenean mountains....etc). Moreover, the TGV train from Paris to Barcelona makes a stop in Figueres!

Review 36：Easy to find with very accessible parking. Nice, boutique feel to the place. The bar/café and restaurant are both used by the locals, and on the Friday night of our stay, they were busy and atmospheric. Very spacious room.

Review 43：The breakfast is a disaster (if you don't like fighting for some of the food available).. very disorganized, no sevice at all, and people using their elbous to get to the simple food presented. We stayed at this hotel last year and then there was an Italian bus lot "storming" the breakfast area as if there was a famin in Spain. We will never go back. The A/C is working on a "cost-saving modus", i.e. very little output -and almost no cold air possible.

This was superb value and the rooms were both good - the second, with a balcony was the best. Review 81：We only use this hotel as an overnight stop. It is convenient to the motorway, easy to find. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and multi lingual. It appears to be conveniently situated to explore Figueres.

Review 82：The general friendliness of the staff from check in to cleaner. Our summer holiday is based in the South of France and we visit the Figures area for a couple of days and it is such a respite from the attitude of the French.

Got there a little while before that and was told this again - very politely, but suggesting that there would not be anything much at all on offer.
