Review 1：first night i had a problem with shower and was told to go to another room to my friends! next day everything was repared. breakfast is simple, but cheap...

Review 2：very good location if you travel by car. nice garage, not too far from the center. clean and convinient.

Review 3：The room mobilia and bed clothing is a bit old - although clean, there were some stains in sheets and towels. Breakfast is lacking (just industrialized food, and everything is basically bread)

Review 8：The small rooms are VERY small and those that overlook a courtyard actually overlook a large light shaft. We suggest you book a room overlooking the street to get a light filled room. The street is residential so shouldn't be at all noisy. Staff were great.

Review 19：Have stayed at this charming hotel a number of times and never been disappointed. Staff always welcoming and helpful, facilities immaculate and in great location not far outside city walls. Parking can be problematic at times.

Review 20：For the price we paid we expected a bit more... (in comparison with other better quality-price hotels in other cities we were). We stayed in the room 214 and we didn't have wireless. The walls were so thin that we couldn't sleep until our neighbors decided to stop talking around 3:00am (they were really just talking...). The bed isn't comfortable and the tube-type pillow was very low. The room furniture is a bit old, just like the corner shower. Overall, for the one night we spent there, I would say we didn't have a good experience.

Review 21：In total we talked with 3 different people at the reception. All of them were amazingly sympathetic, very available and gave great advises about Toledo. The street is calm and although the hotel is not inside the old walls, is in a good location.

Not far, but a rather steep climb from this hotel to city centre. Breakfast is correct, but you'll probably find a better and cheaper one in Toledo. For us, La Pepa in Calle Cadenas, n 5, was an excellent choice, in the evening as well as in the morning.

Review 56：This hotel is excellent value for money. The rooms were comfortable, always with hot shower and very clean. Shower gel and soap included and plenty of towels. The staff are very friendly and the location is just a short wall from the city gate.

Review 57：We arrived 10 minutes before check in time. We were told to return in 40minutes time and to go next door to a separate Hotel Martin. There wasobviously nobody at the check in desk to check us in. When we did checkin the man was not very friendly and asked to keep our passports for 10minutes. I went back to the desk after 10 minutes and he said come backin another 10 minutes. I was given the account which was €7 more than itshould have been. The man serving me didn't apologise, just changedthe figure on the account. The walk into the old town is about 20minutes. So the hotel isn't in a great location.

Review 65：Our first stay last month was in a room with shower over bath tub. The access to the shower was poor in a very small bathroom. When we stayed 2 weeks later on our way home we got a shower room and this made it better.

Review 68：The staff were very good and provided a detailed map of Toledo and all the best places to see. The room was clean and tidy, bathroom was excellent and the other facilities were fine. It was a short walk to a large outdoor dining/bar area which is on the main road into the old town, and there were many good restaurants and cafes close by when walking up past the hospital. It was a short 10 minute walk into the old town and was overall a very pleasant stay.

Review 71：10 minute walk from Bisagra gate. Good street parking available within100 yards of hotel. Feed the meter box three euros for 4 hours in themorning (10:00 to 14:00) and the same for the 16:00 to 20:00 the othertimes and Sundays are free. So, six euros for a days parking is prettygood. The continental breakfast was basic with breads, cold cuts,jellies and toast ( on request). This was a great find for a bargainbasement price of 55 euros, including breakfast. The of the four staffpeople we dealt with spoke very good English.

Review 72：The Reception staff all spoke English and were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was very clean. It was a ten minute uphill walk to the walled city . This was no problem for us, and there was a bus stop for anyone who found this difficult. A good basic hotel.
