Review 11：The Hotel entrance is on the back of a local Burger King shop and there is a pile of garbage high 2m just in front of the main entrance and right under the majority of room windows. Even the restaurant overlooks this ugly and smelly sight

Review 14：The location is great: near to airport (about 10 min); near to Barcelona (about 20 min); shopping mall within 200 m; Burger King, McDonalds and KFC also (for those who can't live without fast food). Hotel is clean, although doors and furniture looks like they need to be refreshed. Stuff is very kind and helpful; we got the map of the town with instructions where and how to go and find what we want. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, gym or sauna, as we enjoyed time at the beach, but it looks good (maybe next time). There was always a parking place. WiFi was good all the time, although considering the location I don't see a point with complicated user name and password. All in all, we'll plan to come here again!

Review 15：Staff was very very noisy! If you expect that you could sleep here till 10 o'clock - you are wrong! At 7-8 o'clock staff started to clean rooms and to sleep is impossible! Also we get one dirty towel. Shower gel and soap was like in public wc. Hotel's construction works was too noisy. Scratched furniture. Problems with check-in and reservations.

Review 21：For a 4* rating hotel, it's unacceptable when they did not provide bathrobe and indoor slippers. A thin wall with double-sided door between 2 rooms which could not prevent noise from the next room. That made us feel not having privacy. Staff are okay in general.

Review 26：Since we rented a rental car really cheap we found ourself constantly searching for parking spot. There is additional big parking near few meters from hotel so not really that bad. Also there is a construction work going on near some of the rooms. However also not too bad since i haven't heard them at all.

Review 28：The hotel website said that free transfer to the airport (nearby el Prat) can be arranged - however when we tried to book it we got to know it is not included in our room and is available "only for pilots" and we could not even book a paid one. Also the beach is actually quite far to reach on foot - the hotel should arrange a shuttle, even a paid one, which would make the stay much more convenient.

Review 29：The hotel was everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel - clean, modern, with all the facilities needed. Staff was ok, prices in the bar were not high, breakfast was good, there is a very cozy lobby and nice rooms. Proximity to 3 supermarkets (also Lidl) and a shopping centre, town centre reachable on foot.

Review 30：When we arrived the car park was full. Staff on reception weren't that helpful when asked where we could Park. Another guest arriving (a Spanish man) asked if the hotel would move one of the hotel cars for him to park. They did, I had to point out that they could do that for us too. They wouldn't have bothered otherwise. Lots of building work going on, looks a bit of an eyesore. 15 minute walk to the train station to get the train to Barcelona.

Review 34：The hotel is very convenient if one has a car. It is located between Sitges and Barcelona, hence allowing both a beach holiday and a city break. The motorway near the hotel leads straight into the port area of Barcelona and Las Ramblas. Travel time by car is 20 mins maximum. The original lobby is undergoing rebuilding, therefore the entrance is temporarily from the back entrance (in June 2015). There is a restaurant/bar and a large seating area with a library leading out to a terrace and then the pool. The ambience is modern and stylish. The hotel has free off-street parking. The rooms are spacious, modern and kept clean properly. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms have bidets. I had an emergency situation and the staff, as well as the Director were helpful and very accommodating. There are is a shopping center nearby, petrol stations

It was 2am and I was not comfortable doing that. The front desk agent was not at all helpful and in the middle of checking me in, he stopped and helped another guest while keeping me waiting. He was rude and not helpful.

Review 48：Not very easy to find, not even with GPS. The parking situation was dreadful due to building works going on. There were dogs in a room just down the corridor and were barking most of the day, and still going at 10.30pm one evening. We did inform staff, but it continued. Reception was nearly always busy, which was sometimes difficult to enter and leave the hotel, and really too small for such a large hotel.

Review 53：We traveled with two kids who need to have hot water for their feeding. None of the room provide a kettle even asked the front desk staffs to borrow one. The location is far from city centre, car is needed. The wifi in the hotel is unstable and terribly bad on the 5th floor, but I found a solution. Door locks are bad, some of the rooms can just push in.

The staff blamed my electronics first then the traffic in other times until I changed the room after 4 -5 days of stay with bad Internet signal! The reason was simply the location of the room! The napkins at the room are only a set of two that includes 5 in each!! And many times the housekeeping did not put new set, we had to call every time to get napkins. We needed 10-15 minutes to reach anything around, bus or supermarket, .. Breakfast is average. I expected better and more variety as a 4 star hotel. The photo in booking.com is not for breakfast menu.

Review 96：A very busy motorway is the other side of a hedge next to the swimming pool area. The car park to the front of the building seems to be on wasteland and therefore quite shabby if not substantial. Wifi password was given but for only 4 days of my 5 day stay-although they did give me an axtra days pass when I asked. I read reviews and also heard a discussion at the front desk about website price discrepancies, although my charge was accurate.

Staff friendly and spoke multi languages. Very convenient for travel to/from Barcelona airport via L99 bus, also to Barcelona centre via Rodalies R2. Review 114：The nearby highway almost runs through the pool garden: no nightly problems due to the highly isolated windows and it doesn't remove the fun from an occasional swim, but it renders the hotel less attractive for long-term relaxing stays. This hotel starts showing some signs of wear and will need an update in a few years. Breakfast buffet is indeed somewhat lower quality food, although we've seen much much worse than this. Main swimming pool water quality could indeed be improved (but it is clean and not dirty as some reviewers wrote).
