Review 1：Arrived over a bank holiday but didn't expect the hotel facilities to be on holiday as well!(bar closed,cafe/restaurant closed,nothing in the room mini bar. The pigeons hadn't gone on holiday by the S,,,,t on the balcony,although room spotless.This could be a top notch hotel with a kick in the right place.

Review 9：Could only have one room key per couple which made it a drop the key off before leaving hotel so spouse could pick up when they returned. Challenging when men and women had different programmes for the day: farm visit versus cooking class. Cafe on site is not a restaurant. Be good to have an on site restaurant.

Review 10：helpful staff at reception. Lovely character building with old grand staircase. Views of street. Could open room window n let fresh air in. Breakfast room AMAZING dome in. So u could hear the whispers of a person across the room. Our group loved that!

Review 11：The breakfast service was rather limited...no hot food.Also on returning to our room after an evening out smelt very strongly of cigarettes...obviously the previous occupants had smoked inside...this was a real shame.

Review 13：Parking, while parking was taken care of, access with baggage to the front is not easy. You need help at hand to clear the front of the building somewhat quicker.

Review 17：The only thing I didn´t like was that the entire hotel was a bit hot, it was raining and cold when we went, but we still found the room a bit stifling.

Review 26：Good location with plenty of cafes and bars in the vicinity. Good staff and a very pleasant stay. There was no minibar in the room, there was a small fridge with two bottles of water ( replenished daily ) and two cans of soft drinks. These are free. A better arrangement than overpriced minibars.

Review 44：We were VERY disappointed by our cleaning lady (it was room 304). We forgot in a fridge the bag with the cookies. come back in 4 hours to take it - and it was gone! Not in the room, not on the reception! it`s VERY sad and not HONEST AT ALL. It`s a shame for so nice hotel to have a stuff like these. Our impression about hotel was totally spoiled

Review 49：The hotel was located in the 'heart' of the city, which was excellent for us as we'd never been to Albacete before! The room was first class, staff were excellent and helpful, and breakfast superb!

Review 50：That parking wasnt included but the hotel did have a very good discount rate in a carpark 2 mins away. We paid 4.50 for nearly 24 hrs right in the centre so not bad really.

Review 53：Although the hotel is in an old building, everything inside is very modern and stylish. Staff spoke good English and were all very helpful. Location is good: in the centre and near sights and shops. Parking was easy in hotel garage

Review 54：While it may not be a "Gran" hotel, it nevertheless offers exceptional value. The rooms are of modest size, comfortable beds with good linens, very well kept and clean with free wifi, excellent bathrooms and towels and generous breakfast buffet.

Review 55：The only down side as almost any other hotel in Spain is the tightnessof the parking size, which makes difficult to park in and out, it's nordifficult to scratch your car on the side walls and posts or bump in toanother car trying to get out of your parking slot

Review 56：I love it's downtown location, the Albacete fair was on during my stayso I could watch a couple of parades right from my room balcony and thefair grounds are at walking distance from the hotel as well. It's easyto take the city exit road from it
