Review 11：No sunbeds at all available at 9.30am for the 3 days we were staying. People would leave towels on the beds and not lie on them!! Noisy as was near the staircase, lift and the cleaners room.

Review 13：We loved the seawiew from the balcony,the beach was very close and beautiful! The reception gentle man was very kind and helpful. The public transport was perfect and very close to the hotel easy to find.

Review 14：We have used this hotel as a base 5-6 time sin 3 years as we planned our Mallorca wedding - on returning this time things have changed and they are cashing in on the budget end of the market which has negative effects. No courtesy room any more, to force you into paying extra to keep your room, or you use the cold showers behind the pool with very poor facilities. They also used to have free wifi in reception with a pc to print out documents - they have taken this away (they said that they realise you have to print your boarding card before the airport so are taking advantage) and now impose a daily charge for wifi. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy and useless. The clientele this year reflects how they are trying to cut corners and the atmosphere has changed. This is disappointing. It used to be a great little find with a reasonable cost - now you have to pay for everything with a no frills approach, and what you are left with is not great standard anyway.

Review 15：We love the location of this hotel to Portals village and marina and as regular guests we love that the staff at the front desk are the same. They are very caring and jolly.

Review 25：The only fault was the swimming pool opening hours 10-5 or 6pm only. So swimming before breakfast and in the evening wasn't possible. Perhaps an option of not having towels changed everyday would be helpful.

Review 26：The staff were very helpful, always smiling. The room was clean. The beach wasn't far. It was in a quiet location but close to the bus stop to get to Palma.

Review 27：The rooms although adequate were a little small and not especially clean. Pool area could become crowded when Hotel full. Bar prices were a little expensive, therefore an upgrade to an 'All Inclusive' package is a good suggestion.

Review 28：The location, close to Palma, the Airport , Palma Nova & Magaluf was excellent. Breakfast was of a good choice & quite adequate. reception staff very obliging & helpful. Been a NO children Hotel also made our break peaceful.

Review 29：The rooms were fine, we only used as a base, pool area small but then so is the Hotel. Breakfast was good plenty of choice, cannot comment on dinner as we were b and b. All round had lovely holiday and would return.

Review 30：Unfortunately the younger girl on reception was very inefficient. She mistakenly wouldn't let us check in without a printed voucher... I ensured her this was not necessary (in fluent spanish as her english was poor I realised) then the older gentleman came over and confirmed after 20 mins that it wasn't necessary as I had told her already. Then she did not return our passports therefore we forgot them at the hotel and I only realised the day before we had to leave to the airport (staying elsewhere ). She said it was because we didn't check out but we were prepaid.I was amazed I hadn't received a phone call. The passport thing caused us a lot of hassle and all three of us were convinced the receptionist didn't know what she was doing.

Review 31：The spanish/german gentleman on reception was very friendly and chatty. The place was a good base, perfectly acceptable for us 3 girls for a night out in portals as we usually stay in the northwest of the island.

Review 32：The only real objection was that happend to some drunken guests(from England) making terible noise all night, but.. there is nothing wrong when you in Mallorca ;)

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful Portals Nouse. Wi fi was good, with little objection that is not free and aircondition could be a bit better ;)

Review 34：I had to pay 8 Eur for wifi for 3 days Weak fruit selection (melon, pineapple) Hard beds and quite uncomfortable to sleep on them Small room for 3 people. 3 beds took all free space in the room

Review 42：Dust balls under the beds and in the corners make you wander if that room was cleaned before your arrival. Old tube TV, which stopped working. Paid wifi, which wasn't good. Thin walls and floors, I could hear snoring on the left and making love above my head, a drunken guest urinating from a balcony in the upper floor above my room.

Review 46：The room seems to be refurbished just before our arrival. There were a bits of debris all over the place (even on the beds) and the door lock didn't work. The lock was fixed in 10 minutes after we have reported the issue at the reception. There was also a problem with the shower. The hose was not sealed properly and only tiny proportion of it was actually been going to the shower head. The issue was not fixed during our stay and taking a shower was a long lasting exercise. The room was not swiped or vacuumed for the duration of our stay either. The dust, debris and a sand built up in our room for 6 days.

Review 52：The heat was unberable without the air con, when we said we have booked a hotel with air con we were told as its the winter they have to turn it off by law. I stated that the hotel was booked with air con and after 2 days they finally put it on. Sleeping was unbearable without it. We found it rather harsh that the bar and beverage (ie) tea and coffee were not available after 11pm, so we could not get a cold drink or cup of tea untill 8am in the morning. access to a coffee machine would be very welcome

A/I did not offer snacks during day unless you count cake in the afternoon had to pay for packet of crisps. Whilst it was good that towells were changed everyday if this was every other day more money could be put into the food. No entertainment in 5 day stay, could surely have a guitarist etc from village for a couple of hours one evening.Although these are little moans if little things were looked at it could be a very nice little hotel if looking for a peacefull break.

Review 72：Really unwelcoming front desk. I don't normally write reviews but feel compelled to this time for that reason. I've done a lot of travelling and can't believe this hotel is rated so highly: - generally not smiley/ friendly on arrival - told me I needed to pay for internet so I could print out a booking confirmation they needed for their own records...! - toiletries were half used. Asked for replacement and they said no because toiletries were only a bonus we couldn't expect. Showed him the email saying they were included and he just repeated again we shouldn't expect them. It was annoying not to have them, but it was more I was shocked by how rude he was when I asked. Like he was making a point to be difficult. - room wasn't cleaned one day at all despite putting the "please clean our room" sign up. When I asked why no explanation given and it was an effort to get a clean towel - had an iron but when I asked for the ironing board...they told me to use the bed! Breakfast is worth missing. Seriously my friend's tea looked green!

Review 76：Location in the middle of the hills, guests were Boring , no life at the hotel, no music, no life. I felt Like I Was in a nursing home. We were there to enjoy and go out. After ten all the guests were in the bed sleeping

The location was great, very close to beach, the marina, etc. 15 mins from the airport which was great, close but not so close that you hear planes all the time (didn't hear one). Pool area was really relaxing and entertainment on weekends was good. Maid staff cleaned the room really well every day. Other guests were nice and friendly. Overall 9.5/10 - incredible value for money and arguably worthy of more than 3 stars.

Slightly annoyed to find that there was a charge - on the otherhand, it was only 8 euros for 3 days, so not a problem. No car park,street parking only - if you are unlucky, you may have to park 100 - 200metres away. Probably the same with most hotels in the area. The eveningmeal, when I was there, was a buffet, so no menu. But it was notexpensive.
