Review 1：Staff were rude and unhelpful. Staff knocked the door twice about musicwithin first 5 minutes of getting there. Told not to play music at all.Wanted us to sign a written warning without actually warning usverbally. Every question we asked was never answered in a straightforward way, making me think there was some sort of language barrier.Bar woman made a scene one day when we went to get a drink at therooftop bar. Asked about some sort of wrist bands which were nevermentioned to us at any point. I told her not to worry about it and wentto leave- She kept lamenting on about the wrist bands until the pointthat it became really embarrassing and we left the bar. Had friendsstaying at Azuline Pacific hotel also- When we visited them the staffshouted at us "don't come back!" for no reason what soever. Overall rude and unhelpful staff who would very quickly spoil yourholiday buzz if you allowed them to do so. Thankfully we didn'T.Hope this helps someone else.

Review 3：We were family of 6 but only 4 tables for us to sit together told off by rude staff for putting 2 tables together not allowed as everyone would do it !!!!! Why would you unless over 4 ridiculous when a family can't sit together

Review 20：There is a safe in the room, but you have to pay 3 euro per day for it. There is not mention about it in the web page, and I fount it not correct.

Review 21：It's quite near the centro of St. Antony, but at the seme time it's quite far from the noisy nightlife. The rooms are old faschion, but they mantain them perfect clean and the bed is exellent. The food is absolutely good for a 3 stars hotel; maybe they only have to improve breakfast for not English people.

Review 62：Just returned back from the Hotel Bergantin, and must comment on what a great experience I had whilst staying there. I had originally booked to stay at the Sol Pinet Playa, but 5 days before I left, I was informed by booking.com that I had been overbooked to a different resort, which I didn't want to accept with having friends staying in San Antonio. With the changes being so late, the only availibility in San Antonio was at the Hotel Bergantin, which I decided to accept. Food - 5/5 Location - 5/5 All Inclusive - 5/5 Cleanliness - 4/5 Entertainment - 3/5 Holiday all in all - 5/5 I was very pleasantly surprised, would certainly recommend this hotel, and will be returning next year.

Review 63：After visiting the hotel twice now, once with my 5 grandchildren and afriend and this time just with my friend I have to say we enjoyed itboth times.You could in fact stay here on your own and still enjoy it.We met some lovely people but as everywhere there were the ones whoabused the all inclusive and were a bit loud. If you wish to stay aroundthe hotel there is plenty of choice of sunbathing areas as it has threepools. If however. As we did, you like the beach, then it is directlyacross the road and is very pleasant.San Antonio is a short walk away oryou can get the boat across. We found the food totally suitable to whatwe like. Choice of meat, fish or vegetarian each mealtime with plenty offresh salads.One of the best I have vistied for the choice of desserts !Relaxing but not boring holiday.

Review 64：The security in the hotel was extremely poor. We had money and phonesstolen from our room, and we werent the only ones. The reception teamdidnt want to assist too much by looking at cctv which is active in allfloor corridors. The loss of 300euros together with my phone and myfriends phone and 400 euros made our whole stay very disappointing anddistressing to say the least. The night security team must have beenresponsible as they were in our room uninvited on a number of occasionswhich should not happen. On further reflection our patio doors wouldntlock either.

Review 67：good standard, friendly. A little noisy at night but hotel security don't put up with it and warnings are given to keep guests in check. Good location on edge of San Antonio with ferry to main town closeby and bus stop outside. Good local bars, restaurants and local shops.

Review 68：The selection and quality of the food and service in the restaurant were all excellent. They were much better than you would expect with a 3 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
