Review 2：There was easy parking in a garage right across the street, but it would be nice to have a ramp installed so as the avoid the several steps with rolling luggage. This is a minor point, and may be beyond the hotel's control. The actual hotel entrance is level with the street.

Review 3：This hotel in the spa town of Bad Meinberg was built when there was more German government support for "taking the waters" for medical treatment. Now that most visitors must pay for their visit, it seems that the supply of hotel rooms exceeds demand. This is a sad state for the hotels, but a great opportunity for travelers. This was one of the largest rooms I have seen anywhere, much less in Europe. In addition to the normal double bed, there was a large clothes closet with shelves and hanging storage, couch, chairs, coffee table, desk, a balcony with table and chairs, and one of the largest bathrooms I've ever seen that included both a tub and a shower. There were several restaurants within easy walking distance.

Review 4：There was no complimentary toiletries and having stayed in hotels which usually do provide these i didn't bring any so had to go to the shops to buy them. There was also no milk for the coffee. The room was immaculately clean but the balcony was a bit grotty with mold and peeling paint etc...

Review 5：The room was lovely, clean and spacious, Bathroom was excellent with bath and separate shower and the restaurant was fabulous!

Review 6：They don't allow later check out and sauna works only in the afternoon, if you come to breakfast after 9.30 there will be no more fresh fruit and ham

Review 11：Interesting building design. Breakfast did not have very large selectionbut was adequate until they ran out of mini croissants. The plain smokedsalmon was fresh and good but the smoked salmon with dill was startingto smell a bit fishy. Teas were good and had a good selection. Hotelstaff was friendly for germany.

Review 12：The view from the balcony was disappointing. Expected to overlookgardens.. Instead...View of roof tops only no sky line or vista.Directly below the balcony flat metal roof and sky light to kitchen area. On line description bottle water/ coffee in room...NOT TRUE...On arrival 1 tinybottle of water between 2 adults and only sufficient coffee for 1 cup. On request they supplied more but we were told it was only for day of arrival !!!!!

Review 13：The swimming pool. Sauna were good. Comfortable bed.Very clean room.Charming cheerful cleaning lady. Receptionists and Male duty managers.The staff were all really charming. Although we had a smattering of Germany .All the reception staff spoke perfect English and were so helpful.

Review 14：Heating wasn't working on the coldest day of the winter (-17.5) and nohot water. Rooms were small and basic, reminded me of a ferry cabin.Duvet was smaller than the bed/mattress and very thin, had to useblanket in wardrobe and sleep in the dressing gown provided. No tea orcoffee facilities in the room. Only one bath towel provided which wasthe size of a large hand towel.
