It offers an outdoor pool for adults, an outdoor pool for children and bright air-conditioned apartments with a private balcony.

Review 1：Breakfast could have been better but the cafe next door serves a full English for €4.50 which was delicious.

Review 2：We were upgraded and allowed in our room early . The room was lovely and spacious with everything we need. Reception staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family.

Review 9：No information on the hotel facilities or the local area other than a few leaflets in reception (we found the laundry on the last day!). The pool was very dirty around the inside edge which was thick with sun cream, it was also mildew around the outside especially around the steps. The snack bar was uninviting and subsequently virtually unused. Some parts of the resort are run down and many shop units empty. We thought overall the apartment was a bit overpriced.

Review 10：Good location for touring lovely beaches in the area. Good selection of food shops and restaurants, and nice beach all walking distance. We didn't have a bad meal out. Apartment clean, well equipped and friendly staff. Cleaned everyday linen and towels good quality. Fine for an easy family beach/pool holiday.

The location is quiet but close to a lovely sandy beach which has a couple of beach bars. There are a couple of nice restaurants close by. The pool was clean and sun loungers readily available.

Review 20：My only real negatives were that we requested a double bed before wearrived via email but it was 2 twin beds pushed together. The aircon didn't work as well in the bedroom as the lounge and therooms we deluxe but on the very small side. Too much furniturecrammed in to the room.

Review 21：We found the location quiet but it's what we wanted as we didn'twant to be in the centre of San Antonio. The hotel is around 10/15euros away or there is a boat which can take you for around 3 euros. Thestaff were extremely helpful and polite with any questions we had andalso very knowledgeable of the area and good local restaurants. Theapartment was cleaned on a daily basis and we received fresh towelsevery day.

Review 26：lack of acoustics - could hear absolutely everything from the apartment above - even down to the light switch - not ideal when the guests kept different hours to us - every night we were awoken between 3-4am by them climbing the stairs to their room, pacing the apartment, opening the drawers/wardrobes, and when they used the bathroom, they might as well have been using ours! Such a shame as it meant we came home exhausted! pool loungers terribly uncomfortable - made catching up on the sleep we'd missed impossible! They need to have mattresses placed on them or replaced safety deposit box not worth renting as it wasn't big enough to fit tablet/kindles etc in - literally enough space for a bit of jewellery

Review 36：We have been to Ibiza many times, and chose Torrent Bay for the location next to the beach to take our two sons (6 & 8). We stayed in one of the ground floor bungalows which had a small private garden, which was great as the boys had space to play. The bungalow decor is a bit outdated but the cleanliness made up for that, the maids came every other day, oh and the air conditioning in the room was fantastic. Port de torrent is quite small but perfect if you want to stay out of the way of all the partying, but there is great transport such as buses or water taxis to get to other parts of the island, which we did quite often. The staff were very helpful all of the time. pool area was clean lots of space and very relaxed with a mix of family's and couples. The beach is a 2 minute walk and has a few fantastic restaurants/bars with really lovely food. We would love to stay at Torrent Bay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The concierge was very helpful and friendly to guide us through the activities to do in Ibiza. There is a really nice restaurant near the beach that you should try. Review 90：I chose this hotel because I needed internet access, but sadly the internet is all but useless here except in the lobby area. There was a balcony above our apartment with a low wall and no security on the steps. If a small child were to climb the steps a serious accident could happen and the balcony also gave easy access to the roof of all 4 apartments in the block. Its unfortunate that in an obvious tourist area that people are allowed to keep chickens.

There were some bars & small supermarkets nearby and a nice beach within a few yards walking distance. The apartment contains everything you need on a self catering holiday; hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, plus cleaning equipment. The beds were made every day and linen changed which was more than we expected.

Review 92：There was really little I didn't like. It's outside St. Antonio but that suited me with children of assorted ages. Great beaches near by. Short bus ride to good supermarket but apart from that no complaints.

Review 100：Torrent bay was the absolute worst hotel I've stayed at in my entire life. No AC, two elevators that never work and the most useless staff ever.

Review 101：The sandy beach was full of litter and the bay was over crowded with toomuch crammed in to such a small area. There is a ferry stop and some ofthe ferries are too large needing a large part of the bay sectioned offto operate. Phoning for a taxi was a difficult task as the taxi firmsnever answer when busy which is most of the time. Although the rulessaid no noise after midnight the young clubbers didn't give a toss asone would expect but there was no one, other than my wife, to enforcethe rules. There were lots of empty shop units which, whilst not theresorts fault,did make the place look run down and unpopular.

Review 102：Close to small beach and two reasonable restaurants close by. Theswimming pool was well maintained with enough sun beds for all butunusable once a large group of less mature adults took over the pool inthe afternoons.

Review 103：There were a group of 10 of us travelling together so we had a 1 bed apartment to sleep 4 and a 2 bed apartment to sleep 6. The 1 bed apartment had just been renovated so it was very modern with air conditioning. The 2 bed apartment however was slightly outdated which in itself was fine however there was no air conditioning which made it quite unbearable as it was so hot. Getting taxis booked from the apartments was difficult, sometimes the reception staff were quite unhelpful with booking them and you had to wait a long time for them to arrive. If you need to get a taxi to get somewhere at a certain time just make sure you book it in advance!!

Review 104：Torrent Bay was located right next to a really nice beach along with supermarkets and restaurants which were good for the day. If you want to go out in San Antonio the hotel is only about a 10 euro taxi ride away or alternatively there is a bus stop next to the hotel. The apartment was cleaned every day with new towels and the pool area was really nice and very quiet especially considering we went in peak season (August).

Review 105：The hotel in general was a little bit 80's style and really needed upgrading. We suspect the credit crunch to be a part of the investment problem for the company, as for many other companys througout southern Europe. Even if our appartment was great, the balcony needed plants to seperate from very close neighbors. The swimmingpool area we hardly used, but could be renovated. The restaurant was close. The area around was ok, but a little bit like 80's charter tour. However, close to a beach, and as Ibiza is small you reach anywhere within 30 min by car. Eivissa is great by the way. St.Antonio not even worth mentioning. There was a bar under the hotel playing a bit loud music at times.

Review 106：We had booked a luxury appartment, and was uppgraded to a larger appartment. Newly renovated appartment block. Great and modern styled appartment, everything new and working well. Appreciate a large fridge and freezer. Good air condition. We had seaview - nice. As we stayed at another Intercorp Hotel before Torrent Bay, we have a very good impression of the company as regards to customer orientation and being service minded.

Review 109：We booked Torrent Bay as a last minute, cheap 3 day break in half term.For the price I was really impressed, it's not luxurious but it haseverything you need and is clean. The pool was right outside ourapartment and was never busy and the beach is a 2 minute walk away. Wehad a problem with our shower but it was sorted within 20 minutes -really impressive. All the staff were really helpful. Port des Torrentis very peacful, with a few good bars and restaurants. You can get a businto San Antonio from the top of the road for €1,60 and it takes about10 minutes or you can get a boat for €3 from the beach. Perfect for ashort break :)
