Review 1：We felt that the restaurant wasn't good value for money. Better and cheaper food in Ciudad Rodrigo itself. The decor was a bit dated.

Review 8：On arrival we were told the pool closes for use on the 1ST september,the shower was broken and looked as if was more than six months or more water cascading over the floor and after waiting over twenty mins on a boiled egg and getting a fryed one for breakfast we came to the conclusion the staff do not want to be there!!!!.

Review 11：The location is very good, calm off road. Room is large, accommodating 3 people Secure Car parking (at additional fees). Restaurant is serving good food
Review 12：This isn't a helpful hotel for people who are less mobile. The entrance has uneven steps with no handrail, and a precipitous ramp. There isn't a lift. The lovely garden swimming pool was ruined for us by continuous blaring music, which continued during outside dining.

Review 14：We have stayed here several times but this was our first time with young children. The staff were so helpful and so very kind with the children especially the restaurant staff at breakfast. Thank you for another enjoyable stay.
Review 15：Misleading information about pets. When booking, site indicated hotelaccepted pets. While we had confirmed we were travelling with a dog, onarrival reception said no dogs aloud in hotel! After much discussion andseveral phone calls between hotel management our dog was allowed tostay. Booking site now modified to show pets not allowed.
