Review 1：It took a little while to learn how to turn on and keep on the ceramic electric cooker rings and I would have liked a little more worktop space- but it is only an aparthotel room.

Review 2：Relatively spacious, modern, well-maintained and clean. Good shower. Separate bedroom with comfortable bed.

Review 3：We spent a lovely night in Olot. We decided to rent an apartment simply because of the size but proved to be an excellent choice and alternative to traditional hotels. The apartment Can Morera are easily accessible by car and located minutes walking from the town's center. It is well appointed and equipped (although we didn't use the kitchen), warm and perfectly clean. The bed large and comfortable. The check in is totally automated and easy. We just talked to the owner over the phone about the dinner and she kindly recommended a lovely nearby restaurant calle La Brasera (belonging to the same owners). We eventually met the owner in the restaurant where she greeted us. Definitely recommended.

Review 7：No fuss - I received an email and a text message before arrival with codes to access the property and had no other interaction with the staff. Room was clean. Kitchen was very basic, bathroom very nicely fitted.

Review 8：Our apartment was changed at the very last minute, but as we didn'tknow this, we used the entry code I'd been given to go into whatturned out to be an occupied apartment. Luckily, the occupants were out.I had been sent an email that day to tell me about the change - despitethe fact that I had already explained that I wouldn't be able toread any emails while travelling in Spain for the few days before ourstay. The most distressing part of this was that the local phone numberI'd been given didn't work, so I had no way of contacting theowners. By sheer chance, someone arrived in the hall, on his way home,who was able to give me the correct number. Unfortunately I got ananswerphone, but eventually my message was picked up. As it was nowquite late, by this time we had gone back into the centre to look forsomewhere else to stay. My husband ran ahead back to the apartment tomeet the person who came, but as he speaks very little Spanish, and noCatalan, it took him quite some time, including actually taking him intothe occupied apartment, to get this man to understand what was wrong. Hewas friendly, and helpful once he did understand. But this was not agood introduction to Olot. Also, the kitchen was described as 'wellequipped' but it didn't even have a corkscrew, and in generalwas very poorly equipped for anyone wanting to cook for themselves, aswe did. To be fair, the employee I happened to meet the next morning wasvery helpful, and got us a corkscrew and chopping board, but thatdescription was very misleading. And what a good thing I'd learnedthe Spanish for corkscrew beforehand - and that I knew enough Spanish tocommunicate with these two helpful people. When it came to paying, itwas clearly stated on the booking confirmation that we could pay incash, so we had taken enough euros to do this.
